We joined cross fit HCC about a couple of months ago. We never did cross fit and thanks to the super professional and friendly staff we got rapidly addicted. I never believed to be able to do 200 push ups in such a short time. I have lost lots of weight and getting very fit. The box is a very friendly environment and we felt like being part a family. We are a couple and after the two free weeks they granted us a very generous family discount... No other gym in the area offers that... In the classes the couches are very keen in following the progression of every athlete. The size of the classes is such that coaches can follow each member personally...We love the fact that the gym is modern and very clean. Matt, the owner is always there when someone needs a suggestion as well as all the members of the staff.. Last but not least the members are all encouraging each other, no gym superheroes whatsoever. I wish I joined earlier... This would be a five star plus review.... But excellence has no score. read more

Found this gym on the web and decided to check it out. I haven't worked out in 5 years but used to be in pretty good shape. The gym is real clean and the equipment all looks new. They greeted me and introduced me to the staff and then to all the members who were there for the class. Glad to see that there were people of all different ages, some were in unbelievable shape and some looked like beginners. I took advantage of the free 2 weeks to try it. They have this real cool software that lets the members see what the workout is and then track their performance. I was real sore after my first couple of workouts but now I feel great. It's only been a short time but I already feel my flexibility coming back and I have lost a few pounds. The coaches are the best and they work with me everyday. Crossfit HCC has a US Marine Corps theme. The gym is very open with plenty of floor space for working out. I like the fact that the space has plenty of window and natural light, unlike my last gym that was an old warehouse with no windows. There's a great vibe in the gym, great music playing all the time and people working out pushing themselves to new limits, it's really motivating to experience. I thought it would take me a couple of days to feel comfortable, but everyone, especially the coaches made me feel real at home right away. I joined the box with my husband in April. I love the sense of energy that I get from the wods and the people there. Coaches are great, classes have the right number of people to allow the coaches to guide carefully all the members. I tried Crossfit for the first two free weeks, and fell in love with it. This is the best workout experience I've ever had (over more decades than I'd like to admit) . . . reasons are the coaches, format, varied workouts and great support and camaraderie with the other members. Great gym, great atmosphere to workout and get results. They just added more equipment and they have different programs for different fitness levels. They still keep the classes relatively small so you still get a lot of personal attention from the coaches. read more
