It had more than enough equipment -including spaces on the rig- and was just the right temperature, neither too cold nor too warm. It was also the cleanest CrossFit gym I've ever seen. The workout was exactly what I needed while traveling. Coach Dan was very helpful and offered tons of scaling options for the more advanced gymnastics moves. The members were gracious and friendly. Texas rack (like an ER rack), several Elite FTS squat racks, power benches, 2 deadlift platforms, Ivanko plates as well as bumper and iron plates, kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine balls of varying sizes, bands in all colors and sizes, chains, a yoke, a prowler, sled, tires, and an indoor turf so you don't have to freeze your butt off with all this good stuff outside. Mike and another trainer who is no longer here (Josh) were really sweet and I enjoyed their Crossfit classes. Dax was my first instructor and wasn't as attentive as I wanted someone to be considering that I had said I had been out of shape for a while, but I got through it fine. Overall it was ok, but now that I haven't been here a while I find that I don't miss it all that much, mostly because the staff rotates too much.
