Mike and another trainer who is no longer here (Josh) were really sweet and I enjoyed their Crossfit classes. Dax was my first instructor and wasn't as attentive as I wanted someone to be considering that I had said I had been out of shape for a while, but I got through it fine. Overall it was ok, but now that I haven't been here a while I find that I don't miss it all that much, mostly because the staff rotates too much.

Fore-informed is fore-armed, as they say! Great friendly staff and coaches aren't too bad here. I like the studio layout, it's open and inviting and different from what I'm used to. Parking is a bit of pickle, but if you come here on weekends, there's free street parking outside. I came here for the day of the 12-minute tread benchmark challenge! Got a PR and definitely the ability to push the treads past 12 mph was a real game changer! It had more than enough equipment -including spaces on the rig- and was just the right temperature, neither too cold nor too warm. It was also the cleanest CrossFit gym I've ever seen. The workout was exactly what I needed while traveling. Coach Dan was very helpful and offered tons of scaling options for the more advanced gymnastics moves. The members were gracious and friendly.
