The building is always clean and smells great despite being a gym where everyone is sweating. We've had some financial hiccups (covid2020) and they were happy to pause our account without charging!! We are moving and thus leaving the gym as it'll be way too far and they simply cancelled the account with no fees no bargaining of any kind. Low pressure, clean environment and all around great gym! They have decent equipment both cardio and weight training...but when things break they can be slow to repair. There is a women's only area. They have classes and tanning rooms - I have used neither. One free training session a month as a paid member...any other training sessions have to be paid for and are not cheap. The showers are not cleaned/sanitized as thoroughly as they should be. I did an "experiment" once with a strand of my hair one morning. I specifically left it on the wall not far from the faucets. After five days and it had not been removed I went to the office to ask why they were creating such a potential health hazard. They assured me it would be taken care of, but since then the number one complaint I hear from other women's conversations in the bathroom is just how unpleasant the *one* shower stall is.
