I joined in mid February and have had overwhelmingly positive interactions with the coaches & members every single day since. Having moved here March 2020 and continuing to work from home the last two years, joining this community has been a blessing in ways I hadn't even expected but truly appreciate. One of the owners, Christine, was kind and welcoming from the first email interaction through when I actually stepped foot in the gym. She continues to be a supportive coach who meets me where I'm at and challenges me to keep progressing. Jamie is the other owner who is always willing to give me feedback on form and assist me while I become more confident in the various lifts - which is so helpful! Kelsey is the coach who trained me 1:1 in the very beginning (which was beneficial beyond measure!) and continues to provide encouragement and inspiration. The other coaches I've had the chance to interact with periodically are equally as lovely - the culture here simply cannot be beat. If you've ever considered Cross Fit but were intimidated or heard mixed messages - I invite you to join this gym for a class to see what it's all about. And while this isn't the closest location to me, I'm so glad I followed the hunch & made this gym my own. I look forward to showing up each class, knowing I'll be challenged through an intentionally programmed workout surrounded by people of all fitness levels. I'm already seeing my strength improve and my confidence in the lifts continues to progress. I can't wait to see what the months ahead have in store.

While I expected a good workout, I did not expect the amount attention I received from the coaching staff. Even though I was only there for one day, I was treated as an equal. Upon finishing the workout, I was excited to buy a T-shirt to thank this box for the experience. CFW has the very best coaching I've had other than my own home box. I'm not the most outgoing person--I usually like to walk in, get my workout done, and head home. But there is something truly special about this community. The conversations felt effortless, everyone was incredibly genuine, and I found myself feeling comfortable almost immediately. It's hard to put into words, but if you try a class, you'll understand. No matter which class you choose, you'll be welcomed like you've been part of the community all along. What impressed me just as much was the variety of classes. I had the chance to experience CrossFit, Reignite Burn, and the Bodybuilding class, and I genuinely loved every one of them. Each offered something different while maintaining the same encouraging atmosphere and quality coaching. Thank you for making my vacation week so memorable. I left stronger than when I arrived, but more importantly, I left feeling like I had found a community away from home.
