I had been trying to cancel my membership online as I'm moving out of state but had some trouble. I called a few times as well (I was out of state) and had some trouble. I thought I'll get in and cancel this week, what I did not realize that a 70 dollar maintenance fee was going to be charged on my account the same time I was attempting to cancel. not only did I pay my 60 dollar dues the end of last month, I paid the maintenance fee and will also have to pay membership at the end of the month. I thought they would work with me and maybe waive the end of month fee or the maintenance given my situation and loyalty to them. nope. Nothing. I was made to feel silly for not being aware the maintenance fee was coming and was told I should have read my contract. they absolutely could have given me the benefit of the doubt especially when I hadn't even been in the club in months. The attitude from the lady at the front with light brown and the unwillingness to work with a costumer who has been with them. This is not a place I would ever walk into again or give a dime of my money. I will be contacting corporate, I don't think this is a way to treat people.

They offer different memberships and the black card membership gives you access to the black card spa (hydromassage & tanning). There are plenty of lockers to choose from, the locker rooms are well kept. Parking can get busy but there's plenty of spaces.

They are open 24 hours 5 days a week and offer pretty long hours on the other two days. Besides having a good variety of equipment and free weights they also have a really cool 30 minute circuit area for those quick workouts when you are short on time. They also have nice locker rooms with showers and storage for your things. If you want to lock your items up you will need to bring your own lock as they are not provided. If you are a black card member you have access to a the black card lounge spa. The spa area features a hydromassage machines, massage chairs, and tanning rooms. After a long workout a massage is a really nice little treat to help you unwind and ease back into your day. The staff can be hit or miss. Some of the people working are more accommodating and hospitable then others. As they find there footing I assume the service will be consistently better. Overall I really enjoyed the new facility and look forward to lots of workouts!
