You will enjoy his little "nuggets" of inspiration like, "There is no progress without process" while you're running at incline 5/6mph, makes you want to push yourself harder to achieve your goal. That made me think days after class and how losing weight or just getting healthy is a journey and what we put into it, is what we get out of it. If you put your all into every class you take, then you are guaranteed to get over 500 calories burned within 1 hour but it depends on how hard you try. How bad do you really want it?! I am not letting this go...it is no longer about the money, but about putting a business on notice, that I will not allow them to take money from me and get away with it. Trying to end my membership turned into a dragged‑out, confusing mess of "we'll take care of it" followed by more surprise charges. And was given the ok to start working out again. Despite my injuries. My personal trainer Alyssa is fantastic. Knowledgeable and so helpful. Great personality.
