Well it kept happening over and over...five and six times a day. Everytime it would decline I was charged. I sent an email to the General Manager...Cody...and he never replied. This was very unprofessional. I am now forced to file a police report and go to court which will cost me more money upfront... I am not letting this go...it is no longer about the money, but about putting a business on notice, that I will not allow them to take money from me and get away with it. Every workout is different, so boredom isn't a factor. The trainers break up strength training circuits with bursts of cardio for a workout that is different every time. And it's all indoors, so no 5:30 AM parking lot workouts! Yay! The atmosphere is friendly and judgment-free. If you need a break or need to modify a move the trainers will fully support that. Groups are generally small and everyone is welcoming. While there are some super-fit people, the majority of the members are working on their fitness goals and come in all shapes and sizes. There is no intimidation whatsoever! So, why not 5 stars? The cost. I lucked upon a Groupon that made going very affordable, but regular membership is in the ballpark of $125-$150/month for one person, depending on the plan you select. About Burns Barbell, My favorite part about this gym is that it's an 24 hour gym that you can access anytime with the swipe of your hand, not to mention also having a speaker you can connect to in the gym. With that the gym is very nice with modern, well working equipment and he is constantly buying new equipment to improve his gym. I've been a member since his previous location and the improvements are truly remarkable.
