Looking down at her cell phone watching Tik Tok. Cleanliness has always been an issue; the staff don't clean as much as they should, and there are barely any wet wipe stations. The ones that are present aren't appropriately refilled. It is 80 degrees today and humid, no air conditioning and no fans. Goto planet fitness instead.

Trying to end my membership turned into a dragged‑out, confusing mess of "we'll take care of it" followed by more surprise charges.
