They come with equipment if you don't have it or to supplement anything you do have. And they ease you into a workout routine rather than starting you on some crazy boot camp routine. I am much stronger and more resilient in the last month since Melisa has been coming and training me and my wife. We also have separate packages for couples sessions as opposed to individual sessions. It is expensive but let's face it, if you're not motivating to go to the gym you have no excuse. I really needed a trainer that was incredibly knowledgable about the body works and knew how to effectively work around injuries. I also need a trainer who would push me if I needed it, but more importantly make sure I wasn't doing too much or the wrong thing. Lisa is perfect. She is creative and adaptive in her workouts and exercises; she is clearly incredible knowledgable about muscles and the way the body moves; and has had a lot of experience with women with all types of injuries. Nothing is out of use and everything looks like it's brand new since maintenance is clearly a priority. I also love that it's never crowded so I never have to change what exercise I'm planning on doing. Lenny (the owner) is super nice and very knowledgable - he has tons of experience and the equipment he includes in his gym is very purposeful. They have at least 2 sets of every dumbbell, so again, you never have to wait or compromise for the weight you want. I also love that there are mirrors everywhere so you can focus on your form. Finally, I love that he has a BC strength glute bench and a 5 ft bar with hip pads to make hip thrusts so much more comfortable. Lots of cardio if you're into that too!
