She never leaves your side, she counts, and is likely to be more accurate than you. Adds exercises as improvement is seen. Will give diet tips, with a journal, if weight loss is part of your program.Rest periods as needed, but no slacking off. You get her attention for 60 mins, not 58, 59.. This is exactly what I needed, and the improvement is already being seen in 3 weeks. Connie is very nice, and very accommodating. She is the discipline I didn't have.
