Love it here! This is definitely my favorite Lifetime I've been to so far. I've visited LTs all over the country too. I had wanted to try out this location for awhile and finally stopped in to workout. This location is amazing and is immaculate. I wish they had a pool or at least a lap lane for me to train in, then I'd be here daily and it would be my main LT. This location is clean, sparkly, not heavily trafficked and very convenient to get to. There is a full cafe with food, beverages and merchandise. There are weight machines, treadmills, bikes, massage chairs, personal trainers, private studios, classes and two hot tubs. There is also a salon. I can't wait to come back here! read more

I look at alot of these reviews- they are from various clubs and the reviews are old. So perhaps back in 2019 some of the Life Times were new. But Life Time 2025 in White Plains needs to up their game for how much they charge. I guess my standards are high, as i was a member at Equinox when i lived in Manhattan for many years, paying less, mind you- to use all of the locations in the city. The locker rooms at Life Time are dated, (tho they did a reno?? not really sure what they did) the showers are dirty and dated, as is the slimey steam room and splintered sauna. The club is so crowded!! I was going in the winter & driving around for literally 15mins looking for a parking spot every day...one day i left. I can't imagine what it's going to be like when the pool opens. There are soooooo many kids at the club, i feel like its a day care center. And i don't even know what type of Yoga you call the Life Time yoga? Obviously, the "not very friendly instructors" have been trained in that manner. I've been a yoga practitioner for over 20yrs & tried all types of yoga all over the world. This is ridiculous- especially for a beginner who has no idea what they are doing. Someone is bound to get hurt & yogis are not learning the correct poses & basics of yoga. The instructor verbalizes a short sequence, blasts the music & has you do the sequence on your own for 5-10mins and this continues for the full hour? No adjustments, physically or verbally. I did enjoy the barre & pilates classes...however the room was sooooo cold. A few of us kept on our knit winter hats & i was layered every day. And again, this was winter, i can't imagine what an ice box it will be in the summer when they really get that air pumping. I was disappointed in this gym. I just moved to the area & the pictures were beautiful & i was looking forward to the experiences. But it is not worth the 300$/month. Too bad. read more

Did my hair with Maria Cubano at the spa and it was amazing. I showed her a picture and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She's very open to hearing about what you want and has great one-of-a-kind techniques that I have not had any other stylist use on me. She also keeps you involved throughout the hair process by informing you on the steps she took and why!!! Can't find service like that no where else. A true professional, fun person to talk to and wonderful women overall! Absolutely recommend Maria Cubano 100% You will not be disappointed! I've been a member for two years and go at least twice a week. The facility is amazing. The equipment is all new and well maintained. The trainers are generally great and make working out fun. There is a good variety of classes. The locker rooms are clean. The child care center is fantastic. The cafe is a nice place to sit though the food is mediocre. All the staff is kind. First I'm going to star with honesty, I'm a hairstylist currently working at LifeSpa Chappaqua location , so I'm going to seperate my specific wrk area and going to talk about the Gym area , ABSOLUTELY outstanding beautiful place trainers are on point , super dedicated and with a great knowledge. They never seems bothered (like at other places) when u ask for help.or an opinion. Got trained personaly with ED , what a killer , amaizing training the next day including my ears hurt!I want to try as many of the trainers posible to be able to.talk honestly about them. I went to the spa for a haircut with Maria for the first time the other day. She was great. I hate having to find a new hair stylist, but she did not disappoint and I will be back. Also, being able to use the children's area for childcare while getting my hair cut was amazing. The facility was so clean, they have separate children's bathrooms where my 4 year old could be totally independent and everyone was really nice. They have parents night out events that we will definitely take advantage of! read more

I visited the hair salon and I was blown away! First of all the place is beautiful. Everyone was super friendly but my hairstylist was the absolute best! Jesse Jay did an amazing job on my hair....from beginning to end. If you are looking for your next/new favorite hairstylist, I recommend Jesse Jay. I promise, she will not disappoint you. She took care of my hair like no one else. I had my hair highlighted, cut and styled. She's super friendly, professional, down-to-earth and knew exactly what my hair (and I) needed! This was a very disappointing experience for me. I signed up and paid a fee as a founding member but told everyone I was in PT for my neck. I had a doctors note for the first month. I went once during the second month and I decided to cancel my membership because my neck issue had not resolved. I was charged an additional month after that because of their 30 day cancellation policy. I tried to have this charge dropped to no avail. Although the staff was friendly, they were pushy. I found the institution to be inflexible. read more
