I have had a great experience at CF Ridgeway. I came from another CF gym after 4 years which was very difficult leaving my CF family I had only ever known. This transition had been difficult as I have had to correct my form on squats and weightlighting form as no one ever corrected me at my other gym. Andrew has been very helpful and worked with me 1:1 to correct my form by doing drills and basics that are slowly but surely helped me to fix it. I am also lucky as he made the 9:30 class flexible for me (and others) who need to bring their children and made it an extended time in case we have to tend to them. To be perfectly honest, CrossFit Ridgeway Team is phenomenal with helping me reach my maximum strength & potential with each session, and steady and safe weight loss weekly. I have suffered multiply strokes, disc injuries from a car accident; which left me with nerve damage that I thought would leave me weak. Andrew (Owner and Coach) and Team are extremely knowledgeable, encouraging and cautious with all movements making sure that you still burn calories while doing the modified movements to prevent injury, while rebuilding strength.
