I called in to check about the specials and Grant was super helpful from start to finish in getting me set up for my free intro class since it's been yearssss. Mia was there the day I came in for my free class and afterwards she was so helpful in asking the right questions and getting me on board! She's always so friendly and greets me by name and happy to answer any questions, plus just enjoys dialogue, like a friend. I seriously loveeeee everyone that works there, but I always have a huge grin when I see Maddie and Braylin at the front desk. They go out of their way to make you feel like a true friend and it makes me so happy! All the coaches are phenomenal especially dealing with my "dyslexia" on the floor, my brain has so much trouble trying to do anything with the TRX straps and anything that involves one foot forward or stretched and doing something at the same time with the arm on the opposite side. Phew. Even saying it is difficult for me. LOL I love ALL the coaches here but have to do a special shout-out to Coach Chris with her FIRE playlists that really amp up the splats ya know what I mean?! The most recent 60 2-G I took with her Sunday 11/19, 648 cal and 41 splats. Her playlist felt so carefully put together for each push and all out, ALL OF IT. Huge applause. I can't believe what a difference it makes. I hesitate to even mention or call out anyone because I truly feel like the ENTIRE STAFF there is literally perfect! I wouldn't change anything. Cough. Except having Lauren back here from Melrose. Nostalgia is real! Each person on staff literally does make it fun and easy to WANT to come work out. Highly recommend!

We arrived 15 minutes before our cycling class/session started. The staff took us in a tour and explained how everything worked. I have done hot yoga before but nothing like that this. It was definitely warm when you walked into the room. As the class/session continued the hotter it got. The room never became unbearable. Our class was for 15 minutes bad we both got a great sweat. We got my forms filled out and headed to the back for a quick tour. Their space is super neat! I've never seen so many saunas in my life! It was so interesting to hear about the different health benefits from the saunas and workouts that they offered. I got set up in my cycling sauna and was told that it was a 15 minute class. (Shorter than most workouts they have) It was perfect! I love saunas in general and love sweating. But the combined workout felt great! I don't do cycling very often...or at all. So my legs were a bit wobbly after getting off the bike. AND I WAS SWEATY. Such a fast and easy little burn! I will be back FOR SURE!

We always enter from the "access trail" side. It is a smaller parking lot but we like coming in from this side. Depending on what time you get there, you may have a slight wait time to park but it is usually pretty quick and efficient. We usually arrive before 8:30am and have had no problem finding a spot. There are I believe at least 2 handicap spots at this entrance. They also have bathrooms available that are always clean and kept up. At the main entrance, entering from (otter creek). There is a welcome center with information and a small gift shop. Before bringing a stroller we would always go on the trail through the park woods but now with our baby and taking a stroller we take the paved path which was just redone and is SO nice!!! Strollers and bikes are not permitted on the dirt path so keep that in mind. There is so much beauty to look at while enjoying a nice peaceful walk. Eagles, owls, deer, frogs, turtles, birds, and more creatures to look at all while visiting Radnor. It is a staple as a local to get outdoors and into fresh air. Great place to take kids or any family that is visiting or even a great place to go on a nice solo long walk.

This parking lot is smaller, but we were surprised to find a spot easily. When we left around 10:45, there was a line of about 6 cars waiting, though cars seemed to move through fairly quickly. There is a nice bathroom at the top of the parking lot. From this entrance, you can also access the trail along the lake, though strollers and dogs are not allowed on that trail. We chose the lower paved trail instead (part of the mulch trail loop). It's wide -- almost road-sized -- and newly paved the entire way. It took about 15 minutes to reach the lake, and there's plenty more paved trail beyond that. We saw frogs, ducks, turtles, deer, an owl, and even a bald eagle. My kids stayed engaged the whole time. The trail was flat and easy for stroller pushing, and my older kids rode scooters without any issues. There were lots of families, dogs, and walkers out, but it never felt overcrowded. Overall, this is a great near-the-city option for getting young kids into nature without dealing with steep terrain. The other entrance off Granny White has the visitor center and a bit more parking.

What really makes this gym special to me is the programming. The workouts involve coach led stretching that mitigates injury. They are also extremely challenging and fun. Lastly OTE isn't the largest nor does it have the newest equipment. It is the cleanest and most organized the culture encourages that.

It's a bit pricier than other gyms, but is always way cleaner. We have an app that allows us in after staff hours, so only members can go in for a true 24/7 experience. Only gripe is that I wish it was a little bigger during the times when personal trainers have their classes, but we make it work. Staff is also A1. For your first visit you need to go in during staffed hours but they will set you up with guest passes, which were extremely reasonable $. You can also pay a bit more and obtain 24/7 access. The staff was friendly and the owner even introduced himself during his workout; that tells me a lot about the culture they try to create for their members. They have have a ton of equipment with stuff upstairs and down. Most equipment is plate loaded or free weights with just a few plate stack machines. It's a different brand (Arsenal) but much of their equipment is "Hammer Strength" style. There are two bathrooms upstairs (with showers) and two downstairs. If I were to give any criticism, it would be that equipment needs to be wiped down and facility needs a deep clean. There is a lot of dust and grim on equipment where lifters don't make contact with the machines or the floor. That said overall cleanliness was completely fine!
