It genuinely didn't even feel like 30 minutes, but apparently, the infrared heat makes such a huge difference. It's not that heavy, sticky kind of heat like Tennessee weather. It's this dry, warm atmosphere that keeps you focused and motivated instead of distracted by how sweaty you are by the time I finished, I felt so accomplished, energized, and honestly proud of myself. The vibe in there was great. The space was super clean, and the whole experience just felt next level. I would absolutely recommend everyone try it at least once. You'll understand what I mean the second you step in. Hotworx gets a solid 10 out of 10 from me.

F45 Hermitage is pretty new and it's reflected in the bright shiny equipment. The facility itself is decently sized (my home gym is the size of a closet). Moving from station to station and pod to pod was very easy. The coaches were great, super friendly and encouraging. Since I'm familiar with most class formats and exercises I didn't required any assistance during class, but dug that the coaches cycled around, making sure everyone was ok. Overall, great visit and I'm glad I could keep up my routine, even while traveling.
