This planet fitness is always so clean and well kept! And the crowd here is quite friendly and kind. I travel often from state to state and use planet fitness to shower up, stay fit and healthy and take FULL ADVANTAGE of those hydro massage beds! After a long day at work my husband and I like coming here, parking our van and enjoying a nice long hot/cold shower and relaxing after all of our laboring. We've never had any problems with this planet fitness. The bathrooms are squeaky clean, again the staff is always friendly, and it's always a great time with no judgements here! read more

Planet Fitness has 22 TVs for customers to watch as they work out. However, PL routinely features 90% of the sports channels to MALE athletes & sports (golf, lacrosse, biking, basketball, baseball, high school boys, swimming, soccer, football, car racing, etc). Rarely does PF bother to ensure female athletes & sports are featured. Despite a significant number of paying women customers, the obvious sexism is clear. Female customers notice & talk about it, but fear ostracism if they complain to an overwhelmingly male staff. read more

Terrible experience with the employee working weekday nights. Extremely rude and unprofessional. He repeatedly ignored members waiting for Black Card services because he seemed more interested in flirting with women working out alone. I even watched him leave the front desk unattended to follow a woman around during her workout while guests were waiting for help. The whole situation was uncomfortable and completely inappropriate. I've been to several Planet Fitness in the treasure Coast, including Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, and Port St. Lucie. Upgraded to the black card because of the extra benefits you get but every single time I go to the location in Jupiter off military Trail there is no one at the front desk, which means you can't check in for any of the black card amenities. This never happens at any other Planet Fitness I have ever been to. I would understand if it was off hours and a person had run to the bathroom, but it's consistent and during the main hours of business, even during the weekend when the location is open with limited hours. Frustrating to say the least. So I find myself waiting at the front like an idiot, and when no one comes back, I just end up driving to Indiantown Road and go to that planet fitness. read more

Their politicaly leaning is so very apparent. The gym is supposed to be a welcoming , peaceful space for all who pay. They have 24 TV's and 20 of them are on four news stations of one political leaning. It's not even subtle. They need to either turn off ALL "cable news stations" or be more intentional about varying them so they're not isolating half their patrons. read more

I have a Black Card and visit clubs in PA, NJ, and here in Florida. I've visited this club on Military Trail in previous years and had no issues. However, on my visit yesterday I found possibly the club most in need of serious maintenance. The men's locker room was dirty. Only one of three sinks was operable and all were very dirty. My wife is at the gym tonight Tuesday October 29th. I was gonna come in for a work out but she informed me that the WORLD SERIES is NOT on any of the many Televisions. Wen I told my wife to ask the employee to change the channels this is wat my wife sent to me... "I asked : she has three remotes and doesn't know how to work them. Omg! Seriously, how can this be? Was checking out the gym on a one day pass to see if i would like it.. gym was fine but the manager that night was a goof. i went up to the desk to ask some questions regarding black card members but he was too busy behind the counter making out and tickling his girlfriend like they were a high school couple as 30+ year olds.. held in my puke and walked my way out. read more

I use to love Planet Fitness until they started the summer program for kids without supervision. I don't mind kid's exercising but when you have 6-8 standing around one machine which block several other machines and won't move that's a problem. Now If Planet Fitness didn't charge me for those three months that I stop working out, might not be that much of a problem. I have complained to the manager and staff and have been told can't move them if they are working out together. that's funny because I only see one or two working out and the other just hanging around talking loudly. This show that that company careless for their paying customer once you sign a contract. yes I know you can cancel the contract which I am I the process with my gang of paying friends. read more

Recently opened, my husband and I joined and went for the workout today. Convenient location with ample parking the gym is very spacious and super clean. Desk staff is friendly and helpful. I like the floor plan layout and love the variety of equipment. Machines that focus on each body part, free weights, stretching area, circuit and a separate "CrossFit-like" area. Lots of cardio machines like, treadmills, stair steppers, bikes, and rowers. Tv's are abundant so bring your ear buds. Looking forward to going back! read more

We just read the reviews regarding the free summer membership for teenagers and how it discourages others from joining and enjoying their membership. WE had the same issue at LA Fitness - they would not get up between sets - not only on the equipment but the benches - between sets they sit there and would have conversations with their friends or texting on their iPhones. When they would leave you would see them leave in their Audis, new Ford 150s, BMWs, Mercedes etc. These weren't their parents cars - they belonged to the teenagers. Most of the teenagers in Jupiter do not need a free gym membership. But I'm all for providing same for those who do. My husband and I were going to join the PF on Military - but after reading the reviews - no thanks. WE spoke to management several times at LA Fitness - they did nothing - it appears to be the same problem at PF. read more

I am a black card member and have used a number of different PF's in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida. In my opinion they are well staffed, clean, well maintained with periodic equipment upgrades. Unfortunately this is not the case on MilitaryTrail. Although clean enough I've never seen anyone wiping down machines and equipment or vacuuming. The equipment shows signs of poor maintenance and repair with several being out of order. Upon my several recent visits there have been empty paper towel dispensers as an example. Vinyl seats and pads are beginning to crack and foot pads showing excessive wear. Staff seems nice enough and when notified will refill paper towel dispensers but rarely leave the desk to inspect things. The other PF's that I visit are 5 stars and I have no complaints. One of my favorite ways to relax after a workout is the hydrobed. One of the 3 was broken and the one that I used (#2) had a loose panel on the side and the wheels were not locked allowing the bed to be pushed out of line. Seems like management and maintenance need attention with some upgrading of equipment. read more

Used to be a member of Golds Gym and then Palm Beach Sports. I switched here when palm beach sports raised their rates and had a terrible time trying to cancel. Planet fitness is super clean, all equipment in great shape, beautifying bathrooms and courtesy and helpful desk personnel. And it's 24 hours! I think this place is great and I love the hydro massage! read more

Love it! After years of increasing membership charges and promises of upgrades at a neighboring gym, I was so excited to get more for less! No frills gym with friendly service and open 24/7. I really like Planet Fitness. They keep it clean and I feel comfortable working out. I have no complaints but something that annoys me to no end. I go early so as to avoid the crowds. For the last 4 weeks or so while I am doing my routine there are a couple of gym goers that like to save machines for themselves. As it turns out for the 2 different machines there are only 2 each of them. This morning a gym goer put the water bottle on the leg press machine to save it and went and got the free weights, put them next to the machine and alternated between the 2 workouts. So if someone wanted to use the leg press machine it would be impossible because the other machine was being used. Just a concern/annoyance of mine. SB read more

Please beware. Even if you join the club for zero down and a monthly fee, every year they will charge you an annual fee. They do not tell you this when you join. So look at the fine print. I cancelled my membership due to Covid but was charged an annual fee a few days before I cancelled. Had I known, I would've canceled sooner. read more

Every employee at this Planet Fitness has been amazing except for Lorenzo. I asked him a question of which he gave an attitude, after he yelled at me. I decided I would cancel my membership. While I was canceling my membership he continued to say rude comments, implying I dont have common sense, insulting the Jags shirt i was wearing and yelling at me numerous times on the way out. Awesome people, except for this guy..... It is a dirt cheap membership, I guess you get what you pay for..... read more

Nice gym but I can only give 2 stars because it's like a sauna some of the time when I workout. Today it was 84 degrees outside and humid. I walked in the gym to an open front door and asked the desk "is it hot in here today?" Got a "no it's comfortable". I told the older gentleman behind the counter about my past experiences of it being hot inside and he said it was cold inside this morning. I told him I think people like it colder when working out and he said "oh really" with a tone of indifference. Needless to say it was like a sauna inside and I had to skip some of my workout because just to uncomfortable. And yes when I left the front door was still open read more
