Best mechanic ever! Keith knows his cars and is as honest as you'll ever find in a mechanic. He even goes out of his way to find ways to cut costs on parts/fluids/oil and passes those savings on to his clients. He has worked on my Lexus for years and I am always impressed with the repairs, but equally as impressed with the integrity and compassion that I receive. (Maybe mechanics might be embarrassed by the "compassion" comment, but I always feel heard, considered and blessed....first time ever when it comes to auto repair! Amazing owners! This business is currently under new management. My daughters 19 year old Lexus had some mechanical problems. The car stalled out when I went to get it inspected. They did a quick repair and I brought it in later for more repairs. They worked quickly and kept us updated on the progress. They sent me pricing and were even waiting to see if they could get a cheaper price on a part. There's no price gauging. The owners are honest, hardworking, and reliable.. Crossroads was purchased by new owners within the last 6 months. I was used to dealing with the previous owner and always had good service. The new owners have significant experience working/running Aura Dealership Service Centers in addition to others. I've used them a couple times and the tire support continues to be really good. This morning I sent my 18 year old daughter in. Her Highlander had a tire that had a slow leak. I'd had a couple other places try to find the leak to no avail. This had gone on for over 6 months. They found a sliver of steel that was allowing a very slow leak. read more

This is a a very friendly Customer service environment. When I walked in the door the receptionist made me feel very welcome I told her what was going on with my car and she called Keith and Keith came and introduced himself very friendly however I decided to leave my car there after I said I didn't have a ride home I believe her name is Lori . She said where do you stay I said VanAlstyne she said I'll take home wow I was impressed I Keith call a few hours later To tell me my car was Ready I didn't have a ride to come get it so he said that he was in the receptionist to pick me up talking about top notch customer service this is it. I had my 1996 850 Volvo turbo wagon serviced recently by Crossroads Auto Center. They were able to take care of several dashboard lights that came on recently. They were able to find the parts and get them installed. I also had the AC freon recharged. Now the car runs well with no issues. I will definately bring in my other 2 Volvos to them as Jasson and Keith have been able to take care of my 850 Volvo with care, quality, reasonable prices and very knowledgable. We have had several opportunities to use Crossroads for a variety of mechanical issues on our vehicles over the last 4 years. I've never had a problem and the prices are very fair. True they do not have a lobby it's not the kind of place where you wait for your car but if you have a problem you need repaired it's a fair place to get it taken care of. read more

This place is the worst! The people here are so unprofessional, and not to mention sleazy. I came in for an inspection, the lady said it would be 10 min. I went inside, what they call a lobby, and the owner came in and said he would not do an inspection. He wouldn't tell me why and told me to get out. I asked him why and he said because he didn't have to. I don't know if he's sexist or just a jerk but I would not recommend going here. read more

I do not even want to give one star. I did because it's the only way to post a review. This is by far the worst tire place I've ever been to. They assume women don't know anything. Unfortunately for them, I worked in an automotive shop actually changing tires and oil. Instead of being good ole country folk, they acted as city slick as possible. They made it clear they did not want to help, not even for money. They did however have no problem expecting us to get the tire out of the trunk, probably even change it ourselves. Obviously, given my experience, had I had the tools, I wouldn't have needed them anyway. They were however completely overjoyed to overcharge drastically! I'm talking double. Their explanation "well other places don't take the tire off and put a new one on for you." News flash..only one tire was dismounted & mounted, not both! For less than $50 had we been able to drive, we could've gotten new tires with wheels, mounted and everything! Yes, we are talking trailer tires. read more

I can definetly recommend this mom and pop tire/inspection/maintenance place.I had some tires that I needed to swap from one set of wheels to another and they where very fast.It took them no more then 20 minutes before I was on my way again and the price was way cheaper then what I payed before at the big chain stores.Definetly going again read more
