Additionally, air impact tools were used throughout the service, raising serious concerns about potential damage or stripped components beneath the vehicle. This was a rushed and substandard service for a job exceeding $300. There is a clear reason customers are not permitted to observe work being performed. Furthermore, a tire rotation could not be completed due to inoperable lifts or lifts occupied by nonfunctional vehicles. This reflects a broader lack of organization and professionalism. This will be my final visit to this facility.

Every time I come back; they say they forgot a specific item during the previous visit, even after I always double check with them prior to leaving the shop. I'm currently in need to return for my 9th visit for an item that was supposedly fixed 2 weeks ago, but now they stated they never actually fixed the problem properly, so they will if I bring it back one more time. They are very misleading about using new parts vs. remanufactured parts, their invoices say new on parts that are actually remanufactured. I discovered this after parts were already installed because one of the mechanics accidentally made the comment while looking at the truck. I was told the remanufactured parts would be swapped for new ones, and this never happened, I was lied to. I have multiple inspection reports and repair invoices that do not match, they mention needed repairs but don't show where they were ever actually completed, I only had this by word of mouth which is why I am now ensuring I get everything in writing from them.

I'm really disappointed. Asked if Edison could do a diesel tank and aux heater install. He said no…read moreproblem and to give him a couple days notice. Said he'd have for a few days. Made the appt. He wasn't at the shop at the time he said he would be. We waited. When he finally showed we walked him through and once again made sure he felt comfortable doing the project. He said he was excited to do it and it was nice to do something different. This time he said he would need it for four days. I spoke to him every day and every day he said he was going to send me pictures of the progress when he got back to the shop that night. He never did. The fourth day I had to text to find out what time I should come and pick up my vehicle. He replied that he wasn't at the shop, had a family emergency, and he'd get in contact with his coworker to confirm time. He text again and said 6 PM. He then said his coworker would cash me out at that time. At this point, I already had a bad feeling so I came a little bit early. I arrive to find not one bit of work had been done. Not only that, but he was indeed at the shop. He saw me, got nervous, then ran into the office while I followed. He came out, handed me the keys, and I said you didn't do any work? He said no. He lied every step of the way. Had he just been honest, I would've understood, but the lies...that's bad business.
