My wife and I were on our 8 hour drive back to KC from Dallas.. 1 hour into our trip, the drive belt snapped. I called around for help and few shops answered. Wes answered and said he was closed and referred me to another shop. He also told me to call him back if I was unable to get help. An hour later, I called him back and told him a towe truck was on its way but the shop he referred didn't know if they could fit me in. 5 minutes later, Wes showed up on the side of the highway to help me. He looked at the car and said he was going to go find the belt so he could fix it. He came back and said the belt needed was out of stock so it would be 2 hours before he could get it. Nonetheless, we took it to the shop he referred and 3 hours later we were back on the road. Wes going out of his way to help us, speaks volumes to his character. My wife and I were very thankful for his willingness to help. I wish he had a shop in KC, he would get all of my business!! read more

In past we have had good results with this business on our vehicles. Then last year we took a 2006 BMW and were told that the engine was shot and it was only worth $250 dollars. We took the car to someone else who said we just needed to replace the starter. The car still runs fine. Then last week we took our Tahoe to replace the fuel pump. We were given a quote of $570. We agreed to let them do the work. I picked up the car yesterday and then today the owner called me back wanting an additional $163 because he said his clerk made an error on the quote. I did pay the additional money but I'm very disappointed and no longer feel I can trust this business with my vehicles. read more

I took my son's 68 Camaro for alignment. We were very happy with the result. They did a great job and the cost was reasonable. Before Precision, we took the car to Firestone. What a waste of time and money as Firestone didn't do proper alignment on the car. I would highly recommend this place. read more

This place was recommended by our minister and we have taken vehicles there in the past with good results, several years ago. This time not so much. The clutch went out on my nephew's car and we took it to Precision to get it repaired. They were fairly prompt with the repair, but when we got the car, it began slipping out of 5th gear on the highway. We called the shop and were told by an employee to bring it back it. When we got there, we spoke to the owner and he was adamant that NOTHING they would've done to the vehicle would make it start slipping out of gear. He said they had test-driven it on the street but admitted that they had not gotten it up to highway speeds. He refused to even look at the car to see what might have been wrong (this after an employee told us on the phone to bring it in). Not sure what happened to this place, they have given us decent service in the past, but obviously we will never return. This is NOT a business you want to patronize. read more

Another excellent experience. I've been taking my cars here since last year when we moved to McKinney after a recommendation from someone at church who has been using them for years. Every experience has been great. This time I took my Expedition in for a check engine light triggered by two different codes. They checked it out then called to say their first suspicion was bad gas and recommended not using a few local stations with cheap gas that they've seen cause problems with other customers. They recommended running a couple tanks of better gas thru the car before doing anything, and didn't charge me for the advise! Sure enough it got rid of one of the codes. But, the other persisted so I had to bring it back. They fixed that issue and the price was very reasonable. The office team is very respectful and helpful, and even playful with each other, making the overall experience quite pleasant.
