The people were so nice and just said when I'm up to taking care of extra day, just come to office. This time I met the new owner, he is super nice. He is also doing renovations and additions to the camp. There is a beach for the kids to make sand castles, fishing, a great dog run with an obstacle run. It is also quiet. You park on the concrete pad, that is where they blow. They mow, etc your spots grass that is inches away. Actually they have to go under the slide-outs, to mow. No warning/permission was given, they just invade your privacy. As we packed up on the last day to exit the park, 2 male's continually passed by, like vultures, time & time, again. What is this the Mafia? To much pressure! With the cost of RV's these days & possible damage, extra training should be involved.

It was super easy to book online and they called right after to confirm and share details before we arrived. Since it was December I only booked a few weeks before but I'm sure during peak season you'll have to book earlier. There are 100+ sites that have a concrete pad with a picnic table and fire pit. Check-in was simple but know there are two entrances and one is locked until you get a code. Devon at the front desk was very friendly. She shared some area activities and restaurants. The park was clean, well organized and there was a lot of large RV's. It has a beautiful view of the intracoastal with decks, a trail around a small pond, kayak rentals, dog park and activities hall. We missed all their Christmas events but enjoyed walking around and hanging out at our site. We used the fire pit every night for dinner. They also have a bathhouse with separate bathrooms which was nice but could use a little refreshing. The staff was awesome cleaning the grounds and they even had daily trash pickup from your site. We will definitely come back to this park.

While the campground is not huge, there are plenty of spots for campers, etc. There is a small store/restaurant on the property, as well as a pool, "bathhouse" with toilets & showers, as well as a meeting/common type room - all in the center of the property. It appears to be well kept & maintained. Of course, the roads & such as not paved, so there are usual issues with dips/holes & mud puddles, but otherwise, it is in good shape.

They only gave us 3 towels when we had a family of 6 and we had to call for more and they gave it to us. The amenities WAS HORRIBLE, first of all there is no soap in the bathroom, second of all the shampoo conditioner was watered down and i went to the pool and when i used it my hair felt so bad so i had to go to walmart and buy some GOOD hair products. The place doesn't have a dishwasher which was fine i guess. Maybe go here if you looking for an adventurous spending some more money than i need to and pretty cool things.
