I told her oh, no thank you then. I have seen two other dentists/surgeons who didn't charge me for a consultation and I'd hate to pay that not knowing enough information about it. I said "thank you so much" before hanging up and before I could even finish, she'd hung up on me without another word. Not a great first impression. Edited to add: before Stacy's hang up, she told me that they call a lip repositioning, "lip reduction" which is not the same thing in the slightest. Glad I didn't go and pay $450 just to be given wrong info about what I'm looking for.

The staff took 100% great care of me and Dr.Robinson made sure I understood the process of removing my infected tooth. The actual extraction procedure took only minutes and he made sure I was 100% numb before proceeding. I felt almost nothing during the actual extraction which was a total surprise! I would totally recommend this office and this surgeon to anyone needing any kind of oral surgery. They also got me in for this appointment quickly ensuring i didn't have a long wait in pain. They have several payment options available if you need that as well. Of course any kind of medical care can be pricey, but here at least you have options to pay for the service over time if needed. I was very impressed that he took time out and offered to fix this issue. I did accept his offer to mail me a refund. He responded to my message and immediately mailed out the refund. I truly appreciate him reaching out to me. It shows me that he really does care for his patients. Also the money couldn't have come at a better time because the med spa I have worked at for the last couple years abruptly closed down on February 10th. The $145 refund was very much appreciated and needed. Thank you Dr Goodman for resolving this issue.
