Was rudely told by the lady that they don't take my insurance and would need to pay $150 out of pocket just to consult with the dentist. I asked if it was refundable because my insurance will pay it. Rudely again... she told me that it would go towards the work they would do for my daughter. Again, I asked that since restorative work is covered 100% by my plan out of network or not... would I get refunded. She laughed and told me no because no insurance covers 100%. I told her I have had this insurance for years and it is a little different from other insurances and it does cover filling etc. at 100%. She told me no. If they are that rude over the phone before I even, make the appointment. I wonder how they are in person. I took my business elsewhere.... still out of network but my insurance covered it 100%. They also have a two day cancellation policy that could cost ya. So make sure you communicate with them early and often if a conflict occurs. Clean lobby area and very comfortable. Ashely greeted us with a handshake and a smile. Super awesome attitude and genuinely excited to see my daughter for her 6 month cleaning. Made my daughter smile and laugh a bit. Not sure about the lady who took my son back. She stood at the door and called my sons name. Never greeted me. I didn't even get her name. Oh well. Free Keurig Coffee with a variety of choices. Yummo! On this hot summer day the AC was working perfectly. Dr. Jeff came out to check with me on any concerns I have for my children. Shook my hand and dude has a perfect smile. Lol! Our boys are swimmers and when they started to get the chlorine stain of the pool on their teeth he knew exactly what is was and how to treat their mouths with care and return their bright beautiful smiles. Our oldest son became a client of Sr. Robbins at 3 years of age and is now 18 and he is still willing to keep him as a client as a college student because he knows how important and difficult it is to find a trusted dentist when you're in college. I called to schedule them an appointment just to be told, the doctor will only take them on call the day of because of my failure to show/call and tardiness. That's fine. I will find a facility that can keep staff and uphold appointments like I'm expected to do. Very friendly people. They aren't reliable enough to account for what parents have to go through to get their school aged kids to their appointments on time always.

The Dentists are always changing at the Elkhart office. I was told that I needed a crown on a back…read moremolar. That dentist drilled on it for 3 hours! It took a month to finally get the crown. I ended up having to have a root canal on that tooth because it was so infected. Now ABG dental says I need to have a new crown on that tooth because it is now decayed! And I will have to pay for it because my insurance will not cover another crown on the same tooth. I WOULD NOT recommend ABG dental for crowns! It is not surprising that they warranty their crowns for only 1 year!! According to the ADA a crown should have a lifespan of 10-30 years if done properly.

(I'm absolutely petrified of the dentist). I explained my situation in full. They booked an appointment. Only to call back seven minutes later to tell me they refused to see me, that I must return to the other local dentist that was so horrible to me. I begged, pleaded, tried to understand why....to no avail. Receptionist said Dr.Flora refused to see or help me. Then she hung up on me. I was never rude, I never said a single unkind word or anything. I was pleading for help, that I can pay for...if someone is willing to help me get through extensive dental work. I've never been treated so poorly by someone in a "medical field". They didn't even have the common courtesy to apologize for treating someone this way.
