WORST EXPIERIENCE EVER!!! So disrespectful, horrible employees! You will be disappointed sooner or later. Better sell on Poshmark, Mercari, Ebay, Let Go, Depop, Vinted and many more. Was waiting for so long to get any attention, just waist of time, they just don't care about nothing, super slow workers. 2. Don't took most of the stuff i really wanted to get rid off, (all in great condition, as aBlogger i have a lot of great clothes) whats the point of this store? If they do not accept luxury items(okay there is Waistland), new items, trendy, modern, with the tags or any kind of other clothes. 3. I think i got the worst salesperson, she had super big black hair in brides, brow skin and very annoyed face expression, like i was ruined her life (i was 1st time there) She all the time spoke trough her nose i couldn't hear anything at all, like she did it knowingly, lowering her voice very tiny, but some moments with her workers she spoke very clearly and loud. And her attitude was so disrespectful. I could even say she behaved racistly, to all wealthy white people, because she spoke only good with brown skin color people as i noticed. She took everything out, looked at things like those where most discussing ones, very quickly and passed on everything. Took just silky things out like fancy dress and top, coat, some tops. 4. As it was 1st time i didn't really know the process. She started to put those magnet things with the tags and prices to my clothes and very sneaky turned them from me so i couldn't see the price she attacking, than trowed to the basket, after this super slow, sneaky, action i was told i'm getting $30 O.O I was in shock. I didn't expect this actions, that i didn't have choice to decline. I would get 5x more on any app im selling. I got lost as i was socked and all my items already was in the basket with the tags. WTF, she needed to say how much i will get before tagging them, so i could choose if i want to sell, but NO i didn't have that option at all. I was leaving the store in tears as she picked Brand new few items and just gave me $30 :( I could get just for dress that amount or even more on ebay. I so regret i went there, and didn't read these reviews before. I hope mine will help someone and prevent bad experience. 5. I don't want to support this bad business, so they could make money from "dummies" like me. They should be happy people bring stuff so they could exist, but now they act like we are rats who needs to be happy about every $cent they provide. I wandered in here today and can say with absolute certainty I will be back! One of the best organized thrift stores I've ever been in. I was so excited to see a rack of jeans organized by size (rarely happens in thrift or consignment stores). The styles are all very current and cute. The staff is helpful and friendly. The best part is how affordable everything is. Two pairs of J Brand jeans, one pair of Citizens of Humanity, and one pair of Paige, all like new, for $70! Anyone who knows designer denim knows what a crazy good deal that is! If I wouldn't have been on a time constraint I could have stayed in there for quite a while. Definitely plan coming back to this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for quality second hand clothing or shoes. read more

I had a TERRIBLE experience here, and I definitely would NOT suggest bringing your clothes to this store! To sum up my experience, I brought in a variety of items, most of which were bought this season, had no damages or anything wrong with them and yet they rejected them, INCLUDING a dress that is selling for $350 at Nordstroms RIGHT NOW, as well as a skirt I had JUST bought from them a couple weeks prior, I hadn't yet worn it, so it still even had the "Crossroads trading co." Tag on it and yet they wouldn't take it, how much sense does THAT make? So something you had no problem selling me two weeks ago is now an item that "you'd have a hard time selling" hmmm... why do I feel like Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman"... like "oh you decided whatever I had wasn't good enough for your store? BIG MISTAKE!" Ive spent a decent amount of money over the years in your boojie, a**hole store, but guess who's never going to spend another dime in there from now on? And I will inform every person I know that they should do the same. read more

I always find that this Crossroads has some great finds. I found a Tory Burch dress for only FOURTY BUCKS. Amazing. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Some of the employees are wonderful and very helpful. HOWEVER, the girl working the changing rooms was extremely rude. She was SLAMMING doors, not speaking to customers, and when she opened the room up for me she just unlocked the door and stormed past me as if she was in some big hurry. I was one of like 4 people trying stuff on, so she definitely wasn't. It also looked like she was wearing sweats on the job, which for a clothing store should be frowned upon. I highly recommend you fire her and get someone who actually represents your company in a positive light. The rest of your employees are great, but could use a little help in noticing when a customer needs something. read more

I went to this location to sell clothes. I guess that each location truly varies because the first Crossroads I have sold with bought more of my clothes than this location. The store associate was very helpful and resourceful. He told me to call daily and ask what clothes they are looking for during that particular day as it varies per season. I may come back since this is the closest crossroads from my location. read more

This is by far my favorite place to sell (depending on the buyer). They seem to have changed their buying policies? Less strict! I have been selling to many Crossroads for years and they only focused on "in the moment on trend items" even if they were from Forever21. They didn't take my designer stuff if it wasn't "on trend" or if it had the most minor imperfection (according to the Silver Lake location). Now this location no longer takes my almost new Forever21 stuff, but has been buying my brand name stuff even if it's damaged! I just sold a very snagged Helmut Lang sweater (just took my chances and brought it). I even sold almost new Madewell leather booties with a huge scratch in the front when I fell! Unfortunately because of this more lenient policy, I just left the store with a Helmut Lang tee with minor stains in the front. Hopefully my dry cleaner can get the stains out. Crossroads do not let people sell damaged clothing! Not even me! Buyers beware of stains before you leave the store. read more

I like this place for the selection and quality of the items. you can easily get your Tyler Durden look for under 59 bux. The quanity of men's items is skimpy tho' so even tho' thou willn't spend ages under the flourescent lights in search of that perfect ted baker shirt, you may stumble upon something else unique to add to your ensemble. read more

Say what you want about hand me downs or sloppy seconds (ew) but when it comes to "vintage" (cough cough USED) clothing I'll opt for crossroads any day of the week. I was shopping on Melrose with my partner in crime jumping in and out of major stores, boutiques, chains and sometimes coffee shops in under 5 minutes flat - that's just how we shop - but in the 5 minutes I spent at Crossroads I managed to find a really awesome BCBG dress and Diane von Furstenberg number that I was completely stoked about...please allow me to have a girl shopping giddy moment. Overall I was impressed with their selection at this location, which is more then I can say about other crossroads i've been too. I found a lot of cute pieces in my price range. They have a very good collection of tops/pants/dresses/sweaters. I noticed that they focus more on labels and less vintage. The store is very neat, and I love how everything is organized by color. This post is in regard to their selection. This store is a decent size. You are not overwhelmed by the amount of clothes they have. It is very easy to choose from and they have some really good stuff. I found J brand jeans for $12. My friend bought a Top Shop backpack for $18. Prices are so good. I haven't sold anything here yet, but will definitely be coming back to get the 50% in store credit for some of my stuff. This is my new favorite consignment shop by far! read more

I usually find something when I go here. There's some good stuff and it's decently priced. This one is my favorite out of all the crossroads, I think it has the best selection. the location it shows on yelp is not completely accurate. My husband and I thought because we had moved away from Los Angeles that we hadn't realize that it moved, but the address in the yelp listing is correct, just not where it shows the pinpoint on the map. I found so many great clothes here! The service was excellent, the clothes were very intuitively organized and and easy to browse through. If you are expecting 5$ clothes this is not the place for you, but for on average of 18$ a piece I was finding great labels that were barely worn. If you are trying to sell anything quality and not the usual trash they buy at this location I would suggest going elsewhere. The employees at this store are incredibly rude and intolerable, especially the bowl cut manager who advised the guy buying from me to underprice a 1000$ pair of shoes in order to purchase them herself right in from of my friend who over heard the whole conversation. After further research I have found out that it is a common practice for the people who work at this location to severely underprice designer pieces they would like to buy them selves, ripping people off, and adjusting the price they offer for items based on the sellers appearance. read more

The worst of the worst I don't really like writing bad reviews but when I have to I will. I came in yesterday to try and sell some ideas , when I first came in I wasn't even greeted and keep in mind that it was my first time in here so I didn't know the whole deal of " checking in " and the employees that where in the front didn't even bother on to explain till I had to figure it , one of the girls had the most bother and annoyed face ,she made me feel so uncomfortable! When it was my turn the girl who was looking at my items turned to the annoyed looking woman and asked her about the items and the girl responded " old " in the first place the jacket was NEW and girl if your working in a store like this and your saying you know about fashion you should dayum well know that leather jackets never go out of season ! Then for my second idea it was a leather vest that I paid 245 dollars and it was new and still had the tag with the price she offered me $10.63 with some shitty explanation that they would price this items at 32 dollars like know where in the store did I even see a price like that ! read more

I went to this store to sell some clothes and shoes that were just sitting around in my closet. I drove around the back, looking for a parking lot and had to chance going through an alley that looked more like grenades had gone off there. I finally found a spot a block away and walked to the store, passed some drunk bums and plenty of blowing trash on the sidewalk. I was appalled and thoroughly grossed out by what had once been a very hip neighborhood. I was very surprised to find that the store looked like a complete dump, too much so to be so very fussy about what it is they buy. While the buyers were nice enough, not the rude ones I expected from the reviews that I read, they were certainly not very fashionable, nor did they recognize classic fashion when they saw it. They turned down expensive designer shoes and a skirt made from pure silk. I looked around the store and found no evidence of the so-called up to date "fashions" for which they claimed to be turning down these classic clothes. But, I guess that is to be expected in this modern, classless world. read more

I had an amazing time at Crossroads Trading Co. It was my first time in the store, and it won't be my last. I had just left Wasteland (across the street) disappointed at how high the prices were. I went into CTC and was pleasantly surprised at the variety and low prices. The store was clean and the employees were friendly. It's organized and easy to navigate your way through the store. I picked up a pair of high-end jeans and a high-end skirt for $35. After doing some research I learned that the items would have cost $321 from their retailers. If you're looking for a store with great items and great prices, look no further! Also, Wasteland and CTC had items that were the exact same. CTC had them at less than half the price Wasteland was charging. Crossroads is totally the way to go! read more

I love thrifting , love crossroads . Within the last month I've spent about $200 accumulatively at a few locations . Sold at the Sunset location a few weeks ago (Natalie is superb btw) & got $47.50 trade value for 4 items thought that was reasonable . I bought an item at the Merlose location that was beautiful , took it home & decided I just wouldn't wear it enough like I should . Brought it back to exchange with a few other times I found the following day . Granted the items that I got were far lesser than the item I returned but you aren't losing out on money , I'm still receiving a gift card with my hard earned money that I spent . The guy that took care of me was rude , didn't catch his name but looked like a young version of Mitchell from Modern Family . He took his time processing my return , then started speaking to an associate as he was printing up my receipt & slid the gift card & receipt on the counter to me & didn't even say a word to me or look my way . Went to this place to sell some Levi jeans I had. I have'em listed on offer up but they aren't selling like hot cakes and I needed cash asap so I figured I'd try Google and see if anyone would buy my jeans in bulk not very many stores other than Buffalo exchange and this place. Buffalo exchange I've sold to before and they give you bottom dollar for your clothes. So I thought I'd try CrossRoads because a friend mentioned that they buy brand new clothes. I brought in about ten pairs of Levi's... all crisp, brand new Levi's. They retail for $59.99 EACH! the lady took about 2 of each(had dark brown & like light brown) and said they will list them for $7.50!!?? $7.50 for brand new Levi's that retail $59.99 goddamn. Totally bent me over the table that lady did and did me RAW. The two girls working their were really nice when I went in to sell my cool designer stash. They bought my super high platform stiletto heel sandals from ALDO -- blue plaid, like a naughty school girl. They also bought some CAREL all leather ballet flats with bows, black, from Paris. And they bought an old vintage Dooney and Burke handbag, brown and forest green leather, very preppy, classic. Walked out with $25 cold hard cash. I was happy!
