AllSaints is a staple brand for me. Most likely my favorite. I've been to many AllSaints locations and this one is the best. I have an AllSaints down the street in Santa Monica but I drive a little just to go to this one. Especially since moving to the new space. Jeremiah is just wonderful, SUPER helpful and accommodating. I came in to freshen up my wardrobe and check out the new stock for the new season. I tried on a ton of stuff and Jeremiah must've gone in the back room to check for a million different requests I had. Again, so helpful. This space is also just gorgeous. It's super spacious with a large upstairs and easy to navigate. I'll continue to shop at this location. Note that my boyfriend worked for many years at the flagship location in Boston and he raves about this particular location in BH. Highly suggest shopping here and I feel like they have more stock than most other smaller locations too which is a bonus! read more

I have been captivated by the AllSaints window displays since they opened earlier this year and I finally got a chance to check out this amazing store! I love the AllSaint vibe! It's edgy and hip but sophisticated and classy at the same time. There are both men and women's lines. This particular store is quite large. It is one of their flagship stores. The dressing rooms are comfortable and nicely sized. They have a sale section upstairs in the back of the store. Customer service was very sweet as well. 10% off when you sign up for the e-mail newsletter. Public parking structure located a few feet away next to Crate and Barrel and metered street parking is also available. read more

Not good. I've shopped here occasionally over the past three years and the service has absolutely gone downhill. The staff is overly in your personal space and it's really hard to shop without them checking in several times. Today I came in for a simple return, and I was bombarded with questions about why I was returning the item before I was even near the register- even though I said I was in a rush. Staff then proceeded to tell me I just needed to style it differently and then asked me to try it on. This is crazy to me because had they taken time to let me get a word In, I would have told them that I work as a wardrobe stylist and I know how to style a cropped jean jacket. I'm in retail too so I realize this could definitely be a strategy coming down from management to prevent returns. However its very invasive of personal privacy and personal choice. Anyways, I politely told them thank you and finally the sales guy asked to look at my receipt. (Keep In mind we are still standing in the middle of the store). Then he went on to inform me that I could only exchange it since their return policy is 14 days for store a refund. I explained I'd been out of town on the east coast for the past weekend for a funeral and I wasn't able to get in. I was 2 days over the 14 day window and he still refused. A second girl said that they couldn't return it, giving the reason for the policy, saying its to keep fresh items in the store- even though the jacket is brand new and still selling full price. Also a bit offensive since it was neatly folded, and it felt like she insinuated I wore the jacket when I honestly never even took the thing out of the shopping bag. The whole situation was just completely stressful and made me feel like they only cared about my money. They didn't bother to acknowledge the private, personal situation going on that I just shared :( I like the All Saints leather products but I'd rather give my money to kind and compassionate people. Silver lining is that I called two other stores in the area that both offered to make an exception for a return, so I don't think this reflects the overall company? read more

I have to say, ALLSAINTS is by far my favorite clothing brand. This location in particular in Beverly Hills, has the most options available for Men. I take time to just browse and try things on as the team does not rush you or make you feel uncomfortable like certain stores do. The staff has been super genuine and overall NICE .. Great customer service and they will help you pick out some pieces if you need assistance or recommend articles of clothing that just came in and would look great on you. Now ALLSAINTS is not cheap, and it's not too expensive. You pay for what you get. I'm big on quality and the material. I usually turn the clothes inside out and look at the stitching technique and the durability of the pieces I want to purchase. I would say 90% of my clothing in my closet is ALLSAINTS. Their clothes can last a long time, it is worth purchasing and then years down the line, that piece can still be In Style. Love me some ALLSAINTS. read more

Always liked the leather jackets and coats here . Finally came in and Pricilla helped us . I had already browsed their website and had an idea what I was looking for for a birthday gift, but decided to go into the store , and I'm glad I did . Pricilla was super cool and helped us find the perfect size and jacket and I'm totally happy with the birthday gift I got ! Before I talk about this location, I want to say that i shop Allsaints for 10 years. %90 of what i wear is Allsaints. Aside from the obvious cool clothing factor, the reason why I shop Allsaints for many years is their customer loyalty. They go above and beyond for their loyal customers and have never failed me no matter how hard is the task in hand. They do it with a genuine smile and a thank you. Something I truly appreciate and makes me more loyal to the brand. The Beverly Hills location certainly represents that golden vision. Despite multiple changes in staffing , the high quality of attending to needs and the genuine interest to help has been consistent. I have amazon prime which grants me free Allsaints shipping but I still enjoy driving 18 miles to visit the store. I want to especially mention Melissa who always has a big smile on her face and always there whenever I needed to pick up a few things. Even if what I needed wasn't not available in their store, she'd do everything she can to either locate it or transfer it in. If you ask me, Those little details are what matters the most to any memorable customer experience. Thank you. read more

Love this brand and love this location. Upon entering was immediately approached by a sales associate who got me a fitting room, and talked with me about my style and what I like. He continued to bring me recommendations, and explain their men's line and the different fits and styles. I ended up liking and buying several items he picked out for me. Some people don't like this type of attention, but I do, especially if I'm not entirely familiar with a brand. I really appreciated the help. The associate also wasn't shy about pointing out their clearance items, and making sure I was aware of, and took advantage of the sale. I love the colors of their clothing, greys, dark blues, blacks, dark greens, it's like a Gap that is depressed. Parking is easily found on nearby residential side streets. Though this area has become fairly touristy, more people taking pictures and touring than shopping (most stores empty on Sunday afternoon, but street packed) I like this location, and it is fun to get a coffee and walk around and hit other stores nearby. read more

Used to spend a LOT of money here. Got a few shirts here as a gift but they were the wrong size. They had the original tags on them and were clearly purchased direct from one of their locations. The staff refused to exchange my items because this particular location didn't carry the exact item. For an expensive boutique store, this is an appalling customer service policy that prevents me from ever spending another dollar with the company. I am not usually the one to right a review about anyone or anything in particular. BUT ... Normally in the retail industry you come across employees that either really hate their job, having a "bad day", or simply ignore you and really pay no attention to you. Trust me I've worked retail. :/ On the these day, from the moment I walked into the store I was greeted with such good vibes by "Malcom" (hope that's spelled correctly). This is not a normal thing in most retail spaces I stepped foot into. Let's go ahead and add I was in Beverly Hills and also say I am of a "uncomfortable race" and I'm not a rapper. Anyways, I proceeded to spark fun conversation as well as throwing in such questions like "do you have anything similar to my current outfit" "what's new" blah blah blah. Apparently only having been employed a short time he jumped to it and was excited to show me some pieces (I'm very picky and only wear black with no logos). Moving forward after excellent service like ... - how does this look? - it go with this/that. - I like the way it fits you. - running back and forth to the back for sizing - out of stock options Some things that really stood out the most to me is the fact that he never left my side, by was far from overwhelming. He also mentioned that he was excited to see someone actually try on, really like, and purchase his "favorite pants". I honestly could on and on. Had a great experience! The staff was super helpful, but not overbearing like the sales people that don't let you shop in peace. While shopping, a sales associate noticed right away that I was trying on a jacket that was 3 sizes too big! She helped me find my correct size and explained how a leather jacket should fit. Although my size wasn't in stock in her store, she gave me other options and made sure to give me the correct info so I could buy the one I really wanted in my correct size online. Worst retail experience ever. Purchased a sweater on sale, was charged full price. When I realized I was overcharged (5 minutes after purchase) I went directly back to counter for refund and they would only give me store credit. They refused to credit my card back even though it was clearly their mistake (which they admitted to). I was told they are a British brand and never credit money back. I accepted this and decided to make the best of it by using my credit at the Robertson store (which was 100% better customer service). The reason I'm writing this is because my friend had the exact thing happen and they gave her a credit to her credit card no questions asked. Highly disappointed in Allsaints (especially the Beverly Hills location). Not worth shopping at with so many other great options around. read more

Of course this joint is overpriced but I'm oh-so-obsessed with my leather jacket. Haven't really bought or worn their other gear so I can only speak to the one thing I bought and, you guessed it, it's that one leather jacket! Pretty pricey (bought mine on sale for around $400), but the quality of the leather is phenomenal. I will say that if I had more $$ I'd frequent AllSaints more because, from the other pieces I tried on, a few tops & trench coats, the quality & fabric seemed aces in my book. My experience at allsaints was excellent. I was introduced to allsaints when they opened their Robertson Store. I must say that I will now be shopping at the Bev Hills store. The actual physical space is beautiful (high Ceilings, skylights). The staff was also very helpful and fun to work with. They helped me pick a great outfit for an upcoming summer wedding. Heartbroken that the fabulous Alysa has moved on. She totally got me and gave perfect advise on what looked good and what didn't. My experience with the sales reps have all been positive but when you find that gem that really sees what looks right on you, you stick with them. Love, love the clothes! Additionally I did have a TDF pair of sneakers that turned out I just couldn't wear once I finally pulled them out of the closet. It was past the two week return window and they have told me they will honor the return regardless. That, is good customer relations! Better to take them back and have a customer for life than to make a client keep something they just can't wear. As a woman who loves beautiful clothes, I have to pick and chose what I can afford to buy these days but never have I felt looked down upon by the staff. PS. Andrew is a sweetheart too.
