First of all let me start by saying the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful to both my mother and me. I was deciding on a pair of shoes that were pretty expensive for my boyfriend. I asked the owner for a new pair because I didn't want to take home floor model. He told me he didn't have another pair. Ok fine, then I asked if it was possible to have them cleaned and freshened up because I want them to be perfect for my boyfriends birthday. No joke, owners response "well, I can't do it now so you'll have to come back. I'm the only one here and have to come back Monday" l then asked another question about return policy just in case they didn't fit. The owner literally took the shoes out of my hand and said " you clearly shouldn't buy these because I don't feel like refunding you" I was in shock after he started a new conversation with another customer, talked about me and proceeded to walked away from me. He was also very rude to my father who went in to buy some things. I thought I'd give him a try. I WAS WRONG. POINT IS DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY ANY MONEY. HIS GOODS ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND NOT WORTH BEING TREATED SO HORRENDOUSLY. LET ME SAVE YOU TIME AND A TON OF MONEY. I can think of a million other shops who'd be happy to make a sale and treat you like gold while in the process. Especially now and through the tough times we are all going through together!
