YOU KNEW AND DIDN'T GO BUY SOAP AT COSTCO OR WALMART IN THE MEANTIME?! WTF! If you want to act like LA Fitness, change your name and drop your rates. If you want to be an elite gym, do a lot better. We had to replace carpet in 2 bedrooms due to permanent stains left by them. Yard was not mowed. Junk was left to haul away. Electric was not on for walk thru. Over a dozen bulbs were blown out. Broken kitchen ceiling light panel. A/C had no filter. Had to have it serviced and cleaned as it was near new when they moved in. A few other items. All the above had to be corrected for new tenant to move in. We are not aware of anything that they had to fight to get repaired. They moved to a much nicer home and area and make a lot of money to behave this way. I document everything that was done. I would recommend them to any landlord in future. I do not why they say these bad things about us. They never called about the deductions or deny they did not do them.
