Ok ordered on their app and went inside to pick up. Decided I'd stay inside to eat the food. Asked to get a table to sit at. That's when things got weird! So just to have this make sense this wasn't me picking up the bag of food with all the food inside it and walking over to a table and plopping down. I got there right after I ordered and so the food wasn't ready yet. I asked the guy at the cashier area about sitting down and he said sure. But I still got this vibe like I'm breaking the "rules" After confusion with the seating hostess I was eventually allowed to sit down. Once food arrives (sooner than expected) the chicken pieces are cold, which seems weird, everything else is fine. The guy who served me then asks if I want any plasticware to eat with. So ok I guess some folks eat coated up boneless chicken pieces with their fingers? But not this guy! Food ordered was Golden Fire boneless wings, cold and meh at best. Onion rings were very good. Cheddar cheese curds were also good. Service was really nonexistent again my guess is that me doing this is somehow breaking the rules? I ALWAYS have a bad experience at this establishment, but had a long day at work down the street and saw their bottomless apps being advertised and figured, hey why not give them another shot. The server took over 10 minutes to greet us, another 10 to bring ONE drink and LAUGHED in our faces upon arrival because he saw us getting ancy about how long it's taking him to say hello and get a drink order. (Mind you it was late and had just worked a 12 hour shift and was starving) I'm a server myself and am held accountable to perform proper steps of service which means STEP ONE: greeting your tables within 2 minutes of arrival. So right off the bat, I knew this was going nowhere FAST. Next thing you know, the food runner brings our food which also happened to be the manager? Noticed the server hadn't even brought us SILVERWARE as our food is already hitting the table. The food runner was the friendliest service we got and all she did/said was use a few nice words, threw a smile and brought some silverware. The mozz sticks were BURNED and had ZERO cheese in them whatsoever. The boneless wings we ordered were ALL BREAD. Food quality was horrible. The server didn't check in not ONCE since receiving our food & when we asked for the bill. He took his sweet time doing that too. So we figured, hey let's go up to the counter and pay for our bill was apparently the dude was way too busy than what he could even handle. The server proceeds to YELL at us saying "I CAN TAKE YOUR CARD OVER HERE" MIND YOU, he's referring to the counter between us, as he wants us to chase him and lean over a ledge to pay OUR bill. He threw us attitude, ran the card and AGAIN tried to hand me my card and bill BACK over the counter, asking my spouse to hand me my bill. LACKING the mannerism to even bring me my bill face to face and exit greet us. We expressed concerned to the manager and she didn't even refund our food. She threw us a $5 off $25 coupons and sent us on our way. I told the server he needs serious re training and has HORRIBLE and proceeded to laugh in our face, walk away and CLAP at us from over the ledge between the host stand and dining room. manager gave us those crappy coupons MEANING we would have to go in there AGAIN after that disgusting experience and spend MORE money to even be able to use our coupons. This is a burger delivery service from Buffalo Wild Wings. You'll find it on most delivery apps. I didn't realize that until I got the bags and they were marked with BWW. Overall I was pretty impressed for a burger from a wing shop. I got the All American which is a double cheeseburger. They do a smash burger style which everyone seems to be going for these days. The burger was nice and salty/cheesy with toppings of your choice. Good taste overall. The fries were good, too. They're only a $2 add-on which is a steal. I got my covered my Jack cheese for an extra buck. Great flavor overall even though they were a bit soggy from the delivery but that's to be expected. One thing I'd wish they'd do is wrap the burger. They put it in a box like a quarter pounder. With so many toppings it would be nice to keep the hands clean while eating. It has been years since I'd eaten at BWW, but wings sounded good and I was starving, so I placed a lunch order via DoorDash. It was made and delivered promptly, but those are literally the only positives. I ordered the naked tenders with Carolina Reaper sauce, and wedge potatoes with cheese and bacon. The naked tenders were indeed naked- they apparently "forgot" the sauce. So I received plain, unflavored chicken. And even adding my own bbq (that's all I had at home) I could only choke down 2 of the 5- they were more gristle than meat, poorly cooked, and had a weird aftertaste. The potatoes were no better. Most were undercooked, with the rest over. Literally one wedge was properly cooked of the whole tray. The cheese sauce had been sloshed on, so some potatoes were naked (seems to be the running theme) and others were drowning. And the bacon was gummy instead of crisp. We had a large gathering for my son on the patio. Ariana was our initial server and she was great ! Very tentative and organized since we all had different tabs. As more people started to show up my Marissa and Julia also assisted Ariana and they were great as well. Food was good and everything went perfectly. Called in an order for a Cobb salad tonight for pickup, no mention of out of stock items. Paid the price for 1/2 the salad that included lettuce, some chicken, eggs and tomato. Missing items, bacon, green onions, and bleu cheese crumbles. When I called the manager told me they were out of bleu cheese crumbles and hopefully would get them tomorrow, yet the person on the phone and during pickup failed to mention anything. I would not recommend this restaurant. Right when we got in, we had a server named Megan and she had an attitude from the start. My mom has Tourette's and so she can be a bit louder than most people. One of the Fridays the place was empty it we were told they could not sit us at a booth because half of the restaurant was shut down. We are very disappointed in the lack of service and food in 2023 from this location. Been coming here since it opened and this location has changed for the worse. Service in the past was more important than the social hour among the staff. Today I ordered boneless wings they came out only half covered. They brought out a very small ranch it's 1/2 the size it use to be. We ordered a beer it sat at the bar for 5 minutes (yes I timed it) while the bartender and our server had a social hour. However, most of us received the wrong food, mixed up food, or errors in some way. We also only received a refill on our drinks once if at all, when all most of us were drinking was water. The service here has never been great, but it's clearly taken a major turn for the worse. This review has nothing to do with the food - it's fine. It's what you'd expect from a large chain. We live nearby and have been eating here at least once a month for the last 6 years, so this review is not coming from a BWW newbie who doesn't know what to expect from the place. I highly recommend my husband's (Kyle L.) review here from just 17 days ago. He thinks his review sounds like he's ranting so he didn't want to update it. So, about a week after Kyle's review went up, the restaurant manager called him. The manager apologized for the seemingly perfect storm of events that caused our terrible service last time. He said he would be talking to his employees about some basic customer service skills that needed improvement. We were generously offered a free meal, and we accepted. When we came to pick up their peace offering, another manager spoke with us and again apologized for the service we received last time, and ensured us that our experience was not typical. Truly believing that these explanations and apologies were genuine, we considered the matter closed, and a few weeks later (last night) we decided to give it another shot. We walked up to the pick up counter and stood there, unacknowledged, for nearly 5 minutes. One employee went behind the counter, looked us dead in the face multiple times, and said nothing. She then returned to her conversation with her coworker at the hostess stand, and they both continued to ignore us. No less than four additional employees walked by and looked directly at us without a simple "hi" or "we'll be right with you." It was WEIRD. I just kept standing there, looking at my watch to make sure I didn't exaggerate the amount of time we were waiting, and it was like I was a ghost. Eventually my husband turned around to hostess table and said "GUYS, seriously? We're just standing here, can someone acknowledge us?" The hostess looked startled, said "OH!", ran into the kitchen, and a bored-looking employee came over to check us out. No idea where she'd been, she certainly didn't feel the need to apologize or acknowledge that we'd just been standing there. The place was NOT busy. We paid, took our food, and left. Clearly this location has no interest in hiring employees who have any intention of providing good service to their customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now, on because I'd prefer to give it to a company that at least vaguely tries. There's no need to waste any time calling about this review. I don't want a bribe, my SOLE agenda here is to tell as many people as possible about the terrible service you restaurant provides. read more

As the moment I walked in the host doesn't greet us ,to them having to decide where to sit us , something about rotation, but at the end it didn't even matter cause the guy didn't wanna take us so somebody else took the table , our waiter wasn't helpful and doesn't check up on us had to ask for the same thing twice , I'm literally watch her talk to her friends who are sitting right in front of me ..
