I got such great support, help and assistance from all three employees in the UPS store, they even talked to Amazon on my behalf to make sure Amazon understood that I was in the store and stuck. This was an interesting experience to say the very least. This is a very small UPS store in a…read morelittle plaza. When I initially walked in, there was literally one lady ahead of me. Next thing I knew a couple came in and this other staff member came out to help. He looks at me asks what I needed and then said that he can't do that. So I have to wait for the employee that's currently helping another individual. Unfortunately for me, the lady in front of me took a very long time. In that time, the line backed all the way out the door. I waited a good 30 minutes before I was helped. My process took probably about 5 minutes. The young lady that was helping me was friendly enough. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this definitely wasn't it. I think because they are such a small store. They get very busy very quickly, and there really isn't any room for anyone to stand so the line backs up out the door. And unfortunately, when one customer brings in 30 packages to send back, it makes it difficult and a longer wait time for everyone else. James was kind and patient and let me take multiple photos (I don't photograph well) until finally we had one with my eyes open that didn't look like I was heading out for a crime spree afterwards. The whole team at the San Ramon office was great! Every customer who arrived was greeted and checked in right away. Two other staff helped me besides James (sorry I didn't catch their names) - everyone in the office was friendly, helpful, and fast. I'll definitely come back to this branch if I ever need anything that can't be done online. Oh and the photos were printed immediately and were good quality.
