Robert and Alfredo went after our bedbugs with a vengeance. We'd tried to get a handle on the situation by ourselves, ordering mattress encasements, spraying with EcoRaider, powdering with Diatomaceous Earth, drowning visible bedbugs in alcohol. But to no avail. Our sleep and mental health were in jeopardy. We picked Crow for their fast response and for being local to our home in Albany Park. Robert's first visit to inspect our situation was quickly arranged. Although the bedbugs seemed to be concentrated in one room, he advised spraying every room and closet. So a few days later, my husband bagged and moved clothes and fabrics into contractor bags to our garage, and Robert added some bed bug killing strips in some of the bags. He then sprayed the house (baseboards and some furniture) like a tornado with a personal vendetta against bedbugs. As he warned us, bedbugs don't just give up at the first battle and a few started to come out after a few days. So, as planned, he returned 12 days later for the second battle, with his able assistant Alfredo to lift a heavy platform bed and go through the whole house again. That done, he asked us to look out for stragglers at the bed (we had a few, disposed of by alcohol) and a few days since, there are none to be seen. Robert is amazing. We had a wasp issue last summer and when I saw a few wasps around this Spring I called Crow Pest Control. Robert came out and looked around but could not find a new nest. He looked all over the perimeter of the house and garage and couldn't find one. He removed the wasp's nest from last year and said to call if they came back. He wouldn't take any payment after coming all the way to my house and doing all that! I had a rat problem down in my basement and it was getting bad to where I was catching at least one a month. I had called Robert from crow. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Checked around the house and discover the holes where the rats might be coming in from also checked around the basement and discover a few more hole. He set traps and covered all the holes. I contacted Crow Pest Control for help with a rat problem under our front porch. Robert returned my call within hours (despite the holiday weekend), and Alfredo arrived on-site within a couple days to assess the situation. Alfredo was extremely professional and thorough. Wore gloves and a mask for the entire visit. Crawled to the back corners under the porch to check for rat activity and did a walkthrough of my entire property to determine the scope of the problem and possible causes. Answered a ton of questions and graciously gave me advice on the DIY measures I had initiated. The full proposal and estimate arrived less than 12 hours later. Bobby is a nice guy who is knowledge and reasonably priced. I had a family of mice in my house which I originally thought was only 2. He checked the house and outside to look for areas where they might get in and suggested to close gaps that I had in certain areas. He follows up and will come dispose of mice and reset traps. This company is awesome. We came back from vacation to find our house was infested, INFESTED, with bed bugs..... we had no idea where they came from. It seemed as though we had them before vacation but we were unaware, since we were gone they traveled the house searching for human blood. They where everywhere in every closet (5 closet) on most beds and all over the living room, walls, in the bathroom, and just everywhere. I just died!
