Julia's front desk assistant was extremely gracious and fit me in almost immediately, even calling me the day of my appointment to let me know I could come in early if I wanted. Julia and her staff are friendly, very warm, and take the time to chat with you and make you feel comfortable as they're working on your teeth. She showed an interest in me and my life (which is by no means a requirement of a good dentist) and went above and beyond as far as making me feel at ease with the whole process. Bonus feature: there was Christmas music playing while I was there, which added to the nice atmosphere. :-) Definitely highly rate this practice and will be back!

They make every effort to check on prices of services when I ask, and they can help set up payment plans if needed. Likewise, Dr. Bridenstine makes every effort to be sure dental services are stellar. We have always had a positive experience with his sedation dentistry, and he provides a thorough explanation of options when available. We have only experienced excellence in his work, and we have appreciated how he goes above and beyond to create a positive outcome for his patients. A couple of years ago, I returned to his office two extra times at no charge just so he could alleviate some discomfort I had after a filling needed to be filed a little more delicately. While I was numb, I hadn't noticed. Yet, he made it right a second time even after I wasn't sure about it the first time I returned. Now, that's patience for your patient! All the staff members work diligently to make dental visits pleasant. I have always appreciated their use of soft, professional voices via individual headsets to prioritize communication and timeliness while maintaining privacy. Before you have any major procedure, they sit down with you and explain the cost. They work with your insurance. So the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid. No surprises. She told me I had to be there within 15 min so by 3:45 for them to see me. I got there pretty close to 3:50 they refused to see me and billed me for two missed appts. I paid one and sent an explanation on the bill. When I arrived they told me they had to close at 4:30. They didn't have time to see me. I have zero issues and feel pretty confident they could have cleaned my teeth and not charged me for a missed appointment. I haven't forgotten a dental appt in over 10 years. Today I called them to pay a bill as when my son went they put fluoride on his teeth which they know is not covered. They upcharge and payments on credit cards and charge you the patient!
