I've been seeing Dr Boyle for about 15 years and she is excellent. She saw me as an adolescent after my teeth were severely chipped and she worked wonders on my mouth. She also calmed my nerves as a child and was incredibly kind. As an adult, she is always available for any questions or concerns that I have regarding my teeth. Her office staff and hygienists are always nice and helpful. I couldn't recommend Dr. Boyle or her office more. read more

My family loves going to Dr Boyle and her associates! We have been going since the practice opened over a decade ago. The cleanings are always thorough and they are great with all ages! Dr Boyle We went today to have a tooth extracted on my 7 year old. She had trauma to the tooth as a toddler and we have been watching it for years per Dr Boyle instructions. Over the weekend, the tooth decided it wanted out! After talking with Dr Boyle over the weekend she said to come in Monday and they'd extract. They were so awesome and accommodating made sure she was comfortable and a great experience for all! read more

This office started out great but as time has gone on the way patients are treated has declined. It is also impossible to get an appointment unless you schedule 8 months in advance. So don't plan on a cleaning every 6 months from here as recommended. Jamie used to be great but her attitude has declined as well. She no longer cares to get clarification on errors in patient notes in an effort to get treatment scheduled she only wants to speak over them and continue to be disrespectful to them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! We have been coming to this office for almost 2 years. We regularly visit the dentist every 6 months. After being recommended to a pediatric specialist this past month, we find our 6-year old daughter needs 3 crowns and 3 fillings. The excuse of the office is that her mouth was too small to take x-rays. If you can't do the work, we should have been recommended to a pediatric dentist 2 years ago. Appointments are not honored, but if you have to reschedule she wants to charge you. Extremely rude and a complete lack of respect for you and your time. I had an appointment scheduled for six months. The day before I received a call telling me that she had decided to take the afternoon off and I needed to be there within 35 minutes. I've had multiple dentists over the years, but this one is by far superior to all of the others. Dr. Boyle and the other dentists and hygienists are top notched. They take the time to explain procedures, and give you practical advice to improve your dental health. Most importantly they are gentle!!! Nobody enjoys the dental office, but they make it has painless as possible. The office staff is absolutely fabulous. They are so accommodating and helpful. Jamie at the front desk is very personable and always has a smile for you. She is great with kids and helps alleviate their nerves before appointments. The best example of going above and beyond was when my 10 year old needed to have an surgical procedure. The day of the surgery she received a flower and balloon delivery wishing her a speedy recovery. I was shocked!!! Talk about customer service!!! Thanks all! You guys are the best!!! read more

In her early years, Dr. Boyle had a great practice. As the business grew, I watched it deteriorate with inexperienced hygienists and rude office staff. My final straw was having to endure a completely inappropriate, prejudiced conversation between one of the office staff and another patient. I objected and was told "this is Johnson County, wake up".
