Olga is amazing. I called on a Friday morning desperate to find someone that could perform a major tree trimming and removal of several problem trees before Monday morning. She and her husband came and gave an estimate on Friday afternoon and, by 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, several trees were removed and others trimmed perfectly. The speed, accuracy and clean up were mind blowing. I would highly recommend them for any tree related work you need done. Absolutely the best tree specialist in the chico area. Olga and her husband were so nice and respectful. We needed pruning on our cherry, apricot and Japanese maple trees in our back yard. They went over each tree one by one with me and explained what they could do. Very easy to talk to and very reasonable on the price. Their team was very professional and thorough. They had it done in one day. What was cool is that our neighbor was looking to remove a huge magnolia tree from her front yard and she talked to Olga and they quoted her a lot lower than other bids. We had these guys cut down a palm tree and prune two others in our back yard. They also pruned a Flowering Plum in our front yard. I couldn't be more pleased!! The job was done quickly and they cleaned everything up and left our yard looking fabulous!! Great info from them about our trees and plants, We had Crowder tree specalists remove about 20 eucalyptus trees. some were killed in a fire. some other oak trees and oleanders were also removed. They thinned and trimmed a large walnut tree in our back yard. they sprayed some fruit trees for insects with an organic spray. They did all and more than our original agreement. We had them do a very large job at our property. Removed approximately 8 dying and dead pine and cottonwood trees and literally mounds of berry bushes and poison oak. They work hard and get the job done. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was because of a slight misunderstanding about "down to the ground". Hubby was under the impression they were going to grind the stumps but they were cut down very close to the ground. They did borrow a pitchfork from us and we have yet to receive it back and I have contacted Olga several times trying to get a copy of the signed contract regarding the work that was done. I even sent her a self-addressed envelope so she can send the contract and a check for a new pitchfork. I still have not heard from her. Overall...very hard workers and definitely get the work done but admittedly a bit irritated with the small details mentioned above. read more

I had them come out yesterday to cut down 15 trees, trim other trees, clean up old, fallen limbs and haul away large piles of leaves and horse manure. They had come out the afternoon before to give us an estimate, after having just spoken to me on the phone that morning. They gave me a reasonable bid and offered to do the work the very next day. At the agreed upon time of 8:30, they promptly began the work. They did everything they promised and then some. I was raking more leaves on my property and they told me that they would do it for me. They not only completed the contracted work, but used a blower to clean all of the leaves around our chicken coop, trees and driveway, then raked them up and hauled everything away. My husband and I were working on moving top soil to our front yard by wheelbarrow and they offered to use their Bobcat to distribute the dirt for us at no extra cost. That kind gesture saved me a lot of time as well as my back! I highly recommend this wonderful family business to everyone who needs tree service and yard clean-up work. Diana F. read more
