When I looked up this place for Collision repair, it wasn't up to date in yelp but listed I another website called carwise.com. I called and was informed that I could bring it in though it was the weekend. I was informed of the repair completing after evaluation and parts come in about 2 weeks. Generally smooth transaction. They got it done quick once they got the car in. I didn't appreciate that they only tried calling the primary phone number (which was my home phone number that we no longer had), despite having two other numbers on file. This put the project back a few weeks. There was also small blemishes all over the bumper and adjacent body panels. It just appeared as if they installed it carelessly. This could have been me being picky, but generally would expect a perfect bumper assuming it's brand new. I am the kind of guy to stick back on the freeway to avoid blemishes on my bumper, so it just sucks to see this on a new bumper. Also, considerable of orange peel on the sides of the bumper. I understand it takes skill to paint, but you're a body shop. Again, nothing that any normal customer would likely care about, but I did. And would they have fixed it? Likely. But I couldn't be without my car any longer. read more

If you ever need body work or repair , I highly recommend Crown Auto Body Repair . They are located in the city of Ontario on Holt Blvd . I recently had an unfortunate incident where one of employee of the supermarket pushing a load of shopping carts and hit both the passenger side doors . Both doors and the left side mirror were full of scratches and I was not a happy camper to say the least . I took my car to Crown Body Shop and was greeted by Nick the owner and manager of the shop . Nick was able to put me in ease and assured me that he'll be able to fix and repair my vehicle back to the original state in no time . After taking pictures and written up of all the damages , he told me he can have it fixed by a week and a half , which I was to happy hear and agreed on . He introduced me to Sylvia the office manager to sign the paperwork stating my authorization to repair my vehicle . Back Again for great quality, service and value for our two cars. Our van has not had the best TLC and is parked outside yet the paint has really stayed in pretty fine condition so it was sad when the car's bumper was hit and scraped in a store parking lot . Crown Body did the repaint in 2017 and they lived up to their impressive reputation for top quality all way around. They replaced the bumper, buffed and did whatever magic was needed to add years to the cars looks. Our second car, a 2005 Honda, had the trunk top's paint look like a mosaic from another century. We came in expecting a complete paint job would be needed. Nick evaluated the car and told us we would not need a complete paint job. He would strip and repaint the trunk and buff out the rest of the car. We really were surprised and not sure it would be enough but when we picked it up it really looked like a newer model car! What I want to convey to readers is that we were willing to go with a compete auto paint job and we were given honest service that really is excellent quality. He not only saved us money but also accommodated us so we would not have to get a rental car. I have no reservations on recommending Crown Auto Body and Paint . I got into an accident a few weeks ago and a trash can ended up damaging the front of my vehicle. My lights and my front bumper and the driver side of the vehicle were damaged. I went through my insurance who stated crown auto body shop was one of their top. I ended up having them take care of the incident. They fixed it without hesitation and did it looked brand new. The only issue I had was miscommunication with my insurance and the auto shop due to timing wise , my car took longer than initially stated due to car issues coming up after the initial inspection.
