I'd give them less than a one star rating if I could. Seidner's was recommended to me by the insurance company (AAA) of the woman who hit my car back in early February. I took off work and took the car in; the next morning I received a call that they couldn't fix the car; after taking it apart. It seems they have a policy of not fixing something that was poorly repaired prior to the accident. How they knew that I have no idea (I've only had the used car a year), except they didn't want the responsibility. I just received the car back from another body shop that fixed my car (and the issue mentioned above) so well that it looks almost brand new. Not only that, they detailed my car inside and out. I had a 10/10 experience with the ladies at the front desk, as well as a Mechanic, I cannot remember his name unfortunately but I know his face. I will point him out if I see him again and he gave me a ride to my house after while on the way to the alignment. We had a solid conversation about different jobs and the quality of the jobs, you know who you are. John Allen (only reason I know his name is because it was ALL OVER my paperwork and who I was in contact with). He did explain everything very well but I felt rushed for this process, it was as if he was looking at me as another dollar sign (at first) but that did slowly change through the phone calls and when brought my car BACK for an Air conditioning problem. BUT I can say that he did meet every standard he told me that he was going to meet and made me feel taken care of when I had questions / concerns over the phone. I just believe he needs a little more training on how to slow the process down and not look at people like they are below him or just another check. I give all thanks to the mechanics that I did not meet, they are the REAL workers that deserve a bump in pay for their quality of work ! GIVE THEM A BONUS ! Okay round 2 with my car. After the first repair the bumper started to come apart. I took it back to them and showed them what was going on. They explained to me that the insurance companies want to use aftermarket parts to save them money. They took pictures and told me they would contact my insurance and they would call me in a few days. After I left on my way home I got to thinking about how much of a mess this was going to turn into. Two days later I received a call from them and they said it had been taken care of and just to come in and they would take care of it. Wow I wasn't expecting such great service. This place is horrible never bringing my car here don't recommend to any one they told me the price I was going to be charged $1,100 ended being charged $1,350 apparently they found other stuff that was damaged. Then they didn't want to give me my car when it was ready I payed my part but the insurance was suppose to pay that other part after I had to get on phone with manager I had to get a little mean cause they wanted to keep my car more days when I had already payed the $1,350.
