This is a review update about this amazing body shop. I've been coming here for over 10 years and I will never go anywhere else. Kareem is the owner is an amazing person. He is very kind, considerate and compassionate about his customers well-being, and any dilemmas that they might have with their vehicle. I recently had a trash truck back up into my Tesla. As bad as that may sound, I called him up immediately and he said he would take care of it. There was zero doubt in my mind how the final product would turn out. He fixed the vehicle, not by spackling Bondo in place but actually by cutting out and replacing the quarter panel order directly from Tesla, which is the correct way to do it. He also had the rims re-powder coated instead of just fixing an area so the whole car look like I just purchased it off the dealership by the time he was finished with it. THIS...This is why I come to him anytime I have any issues which seemed to follow me everywhere I go because I know that the final product will be perfection. I will admit I have OCD, which is troublesome, but he understands this and the work speaks for itself. I will show you guys the before and after pictures just for reference, but if you ever in need of bodywork done to your vehicle or have a friend, I highly recommend calling them first ask for Adam or Kareem and if you're fortunate enough to have the work done there, you will never go anywhere else I have included before and after pictures to show you. I found Mission collision here on yelp and was determined to go based off the positive five star reviews that I had read and the experience at Mission collision did not disappoint. My wife accidentally scraped the driver side bumper of our new Tesla model Y against the garage I took it to Mission collision and was helped by Adam. He came out and looked at it and said it may be able to just be buffed and detailed out, but there may be some scratches left. He gave me a price and told me how long it usually takes, I was interested in doing it right then and there he said he would look to see if they could accommodate that. Not more than a couple minutes later, Adam came, took the car to the back and they started working on it. Within no time, the car was done and Adam showed me the progress that had been made. I had so many issues scheduling an appointment with preferred Collision Auto Shops recommended by Allstate, I almost gave up. They had appointments 2 to 3 months out, it's outrageous. I turned to Yelp for recommendations and found Mission Collision in Rancho Cucamonga. I called for an appointment and Adam told me no need for appt just bring the car in now. I grabbed my keys and drove to MCM to see Adam. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and wise. He looked at my car, wrote up the work order, called Allstate and fixed all the damages within 2 weeks. He called me twice, to let me know that the damage needed more money and he was working with Allstate to get that approved and the second phone call to pick up my car. I was happy that they accepted Allstate. Adam took care of everything for me from beginning to end. I was so stressed over the situation until I dropped off the car with Adam. I couldn't be happier with the service, the quality of the repair and the professionalism and integrity at MCM. I didn't pay a dime and Adam returned my car vacuumed and washed! Brought my car here after I ran over a brick someone threw on the middle of road, did a great deal of damage to the undercarriage of my Camry, they were able to replace all the damaged pieces for me.
