Be ready to wait for few mins though as he is busy on phone sometime with other customers. He provided us both repair and replacement cost and gave us pros and cons of both. Didn't force to go for replacement, like some shops do. The repairs itself was very quick, took around 10 mins, it was done by Jason. He explained the process very calmly and answered all of our questions. The owner trusted his guys with repair and only came to see afterwards. Overall smooth experience and would recommend this place for glass related work.

I call the shop throughout several days and the manager, Lino, assured me, on 2 seperate days even, that the part would be there by the end of day, and he would call me back. It's been 5 days now and I've called them over 10 times now on the status of the part, but either they're understaffed or dodging all my calls and texts. If I would have known that this is how they operated I would have choose a different window repair shop from the start. I have been driving around for a week with a missing window, and now it's raining. Save yourself a headache and go with a shop that has customer service.

I see the pit still there everyday - I would have preferred you charge me $25 and have it filled correctly where it's barely visible. I appreciate you saying it won't crack, I'd just advise for you guys not to offer the groupon in the future if it's just a hassle for both of us.
