Their manager assured that the window they had ordered met "all manufacturer standards". Word for word from Helen, the manager over there. Come to find out following the replacement that the glass is not even the correct size for the vehicle! There is NO WAY that an incorrectly sized window "meets all manufacturer specifications" for my car, and the vehicle is still exposed to both wind noise and weather elements. When I notified them of this, they acknowledged that they made a mistake but told me that because they gave me a discounted price they cannot do anything about this. I did not receive what I paid for, and their refusal to work with me or make this right is unacceptable. Completely agree with the other negative reviews, they leave you no choice but to contact BBB and attempt to take legal action over something as simple as replacing a window. Will update this review if the business shows any sign of making this right.

He told me that he cannot completely make it clear before working and I saw the result and it was as similar to what I saw before fixing. The chipping on my windshield is a quite old one but now at least shielded from growing. I got to see that there's limitation for the oldness of chipping. If you get something, bring it to the reaping store sooner so the result will be better. The staff was very quick and friendly. If I have to replace my windshield I'll come back here tho.

Be ready to wait for few mins though as he is busy on phone sometime with other customers. He provided us both repair and replacement cost and gave us pros and cons of both. Didn't force to go for replacement, like some shops do. The repairs itself was very quick, took around 10 mins, it was done by Jason. He explained the process very calmly and answered all of our questions. The owner trusted his guys with repair and only came to see afterwards.
