    This service guy is a lazy ass (his name on the picture below), i brought my vehicle do a service , he said you call the dealer where you bought your car and they call the extended warranty which i already gave him the papers he did his best to put all the obstacles to not call em and do his job , he wanted me to do so,i had to call another gmc dealer where they confirmed as long as i have the extended warranty they will do everything and they will call and they just said bring your vehicle and we got you , this guy made the dealer lose worth 5k service. He most likely a racist against ppl with different colors

    Let me tell you about Buick.! And it's all good news! I recently purchased a Buick Encore and it's my first real up-to-date vehicle. So I really want to be that adult that keeps up something I've wanted for so long. Once I got the vehicle I was going to and what I thought was a good place to get my oil change. And I made one call to find out how much was the oil change at Crown Buick. It was way cheaper than what I thought. I was able to make an appointment. Pull in and was greeted by some amazing workers. At first I was like this is to early in the morning to have a smile on your face.. but these workers were genuine about their job. Very helpful and very fast. I paid way less money got A plus service and got my vehicle serviced fast. As long as I have a Buick I will be going to Crown Buick Metairie for life.

Fast forward to my first maintenance with Mazda Paretti, I pulled up to the shaded area for service, got out of my car and told them I'm here for my first maintenance. The guy at the front desk, I believe Landon, was very welcoming. It was my first free oil change & the waiting area was comfortable, there were snacks and cool beverages. They finished everything within an hour & didn't push me to get extra services done. He pulled the car around to the front & to my surprise, my car was thoroughly washed and cleaned. My floor mats were washed and the interior was vacuumed. It's been a while since I've received any maintenance, so this was really pleasant to see. I hope the next few visits are like the first. I originally brought my 2019 Mazda CX-5 in for drivability issues and a check engine light. I was told the Mass Airflow (MAF) sensor needed to be replaced and paid for the repair. Within days, the same symptoms returned. After continued problems and additional diagnostics, it was later determined that the actual issue was within the EVAP system (purge valve and evaporative canister). Those repairs were eventually completed under warranty. The most frustrating part of this experience was the lack of urgency and communication while my vehicle remained unreliable. This situation impacted my ability to work and required constant follow-up on my part. I ultimately had to escalate the matter through Mazda Corporate, the BBB, and the Louisiana Attorney General's Consumer Protection office before meaningful progress was made. While the dealership eventually reimbursed the earlier repair and fixed the EVAP system, it should not take months and multiple outside complaints for a customer to receive proper resolution. The vehicle is now running correctly, but the process to get there was unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. All documentation related to this situation including repair orders, diagnostic reports, and correspondence with Mazda Corporate, the BBB, and the Louisiana Attorney General's Consumer Protection Section has been retained.

I brought my car in for an issue that was first diagnosed at a different place as my camshaft. They could not diagnose that code, their computers gave the code for injectors. I paid them $2500 to fix this. Got my car back and within a few days and driving it twice the issues CAME BACK. SAME EXACT ISSUES. They proceeded to say it was unfortunate but now their computers are "giving the code for a failed turbo". HOW?? Now they expect me to pay ANOTHER 2500 to get that fixed. These people are out their box! Just doing whatever to get money and not help fix actual issues! Misdiagnosed my car 100% but would not own up to it or offer to even cancel the ongoing payments to have what they "fixed" initially done. How can a car give 3 separate codes and all three codes are making my car have the same symptoms??? I'm not a mechanic but I know for a fact it doesn't make sense. They even made sure to assure me that because they are Honda that they knew what they were doing and that the issue would be fixed. It was not! Anybody could work for Honda. Ain't nothing special but money hungry people.

First, almost everything you want to do in your car shopping anymore can be completed online. You can check out the inventory on hand, check out the pricing and any deals, and even get preapproval if that's what you want. So, when I went in, I had a game plan. I had checked the different inventories around the state and had a fairly good idea of what I was looking for in my new car. I sent a message saying when I was coming, and Greg told me he'd have what I was looking for ready. We went on the test drive (although I did forget to pick up my gift card), and then he patiently answered all my questions and showed me some different options (color, interior, etc.). I told him I would be back the next week, as I had a game plan of what I needed to do, and he said that was cool. He checked on me, but never had that jam-it-down-your-throat feeling as many salesmen do. I ended up running out of time trading in my old car, but one day later than promised, I was there and Greg got me what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I was in and out within two hours and have been driving happily ever since! Great experience at a great dealership!

We test drove a Hyundai Palisade & Nissan Pathfinder. The Palisade rode smoother, offered a higher trim package for the same cost and offered a longer warranty than the Nissan. My wife has owned nothing but Nissans her entire life, still she couldn't get the Palisade off her mind so we decided to go with the Palisade. She decided she wanted the Hyundai Palisades XRT trim package and that turns out to be like searching for a unicorn! There are none to test drive and there are deposits on cars sight unsceen before they arrive at the dealerships. Cynthia & the team at Hyundai of Metarie really went the extra mile to get this car for us, honestly the went the extra 700+ miles finding this car in the Tampa area and making a trade with a dealer down there to get my wife the exact trim package she wanted. This process was about making us happy customers from start to finish and they succeeded! Cynthia really wanted to surprise my wife when the car arrived back in Metairie, my wife thought we were going to pick it up that night after work. Cynthia had the car detailed, got the big bow and brought it to my wife's office and parking it outside so when she walked out there it would be. From the automatic convertible top not working properly, the price point i needed to feel confident about the purchase, my concerns and anxiety of having a car note and finally, post buy rectification of engine light - misfiring of a cylinder. I had been looking for a nice used vehicle for sometime now. I found a luxurious beauty at EXPRESS AUTO SALES on FB Marketplace- I was even offered a 2 year warranty to protect my investment, through their finance company for a very fare price. The peace of mind alone is worth the price. Three days after purchasing the 2009 Infinity G37, it started running really rough. I though, ok here we go.... My warranty doesn't go in effect until 15 days PLUS 1000miles. Um, I couldn't drive this vehicle like that for another 900 miles. I contacted Brad at EAS. He was more than willing help; directing me to get it checked out by someone I know or bring it to him and he'd have it looked at. I took it to Advanced auto to have them run a diagnostic for the codes/error/engine light. I informed him of the error codes. He encouraged me to get a quote close to home or bring it to his guy. I was seriously over quoted by $600 by Christian Brother's of Covington (YIKES) Hey If you can bring your car to (his guy) Francesco's Auto Repair, do it! Brad ordered the parts and paid for half of the work that needed to be done to remedy the error codes.
