There was NO ice included in the shipment, so its no wonder why they died. The clams were about a lb and not 4 lbs. I ordered through an email and paid with a credit card. I then tried to contact them with another e-mail, actually sent two of them, and have not received a response from them at all. Poor way to treat a customer. I paid for a product that I could not use when I received it and no effort was made by them to correct the issue in any way. Pretty sad that they treat an elderly customer with no respect, but they did keep the payment. Will never purchase from them again.
