The pizza is spectacular. Plenty of toppings yet crust still crisp. Hot Roni, Gold Digger and Spicy Pig are our favorites. Hub loved the Steak Bomb pizza as well and I love Pesto Roni. There is a nearby place where we prefer garlic knots or salad - but rate its pizza a 10 out of 10. We like pizza crisper and always ask for well done and it is perfection! read more

I hate to get all negative about this greasy, salty pizza, because I really wanted to have a great experience. I had heard it was so good a bunch of months ago and finally had the chance to try it. To get inside the location you have to park at a gas station and enter through the mini-mart there. The pizza was much less tasty because the saltiness and grease were actually overbearing. I was so saddened. We also ordered a cheese calzone, with ricotta and mozzarella, but they charged me $18 + $3.25 extra for the ricotta even though we didn't ask for any meat (that would've been included in the price), in it or sauce. It was okay, though, in spite of the audible disbelief from behind the counter. So that was an expensive mistake, but not one we'll be repeating. It's too bad, but there's another one in our immediate area that is our go-to that's much better anyway. read more

The first time we tried this place we really liked it, but this time the sauce tasted different, it tasted like it had a Smokey after taste and it was over cooked and dry. We had the chicken tenders and steak and cheese egg rolls and they were different too. The tenders were under cooked and not crispy and the egg rolls didn't have hardly any filling in them. We were disappointed. Maybe a different chef this time? We weren't impressed and will not go back for a while and hope they can turn it back around. read more

A generation raised on fast food pizza, prefers the consistency. Pizza Lisa offers the same every time. Perfectly round. Perfectly cooked. Same amount of toppings every time. Problem is that the crust is boring, purchased from a dough company not homemade. Same as so many other pizza joints these days just like Dominos. No taste. Nothing. The sauce is simplistic. A tart red sauce, thats it. Toppings are great though. Apps are good. Fries are ok. If you want the same ok pizza this is the place but the price for that is too high. Yes, you enter thru a gas station and there is no seating, but the pizza was amazing. The sausage was a nice crumble with a little crunch. The crust was cooked just right - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with good flavor. (Same for the garlic knots.). The service was OK, the pizza was ready when they said it would be. It's a nice place. It was very busy. I placed my order. They told me 20 minutes. I set a timer. I came back in 20 min and they handed me my order. I got a plain cheese pizza, waffle fries and strawberry cheesecake egg rolls with icing. The pizza was very average. I figured with all the good ratings and people raving about it the pizza would've been top-notch but it just wasn't. The waffle fries were fine and the egg rolls were good. The pricing is pretty good. No complaints there. Service was good. All in all, I had a good experience. I just wish the pizza was better. read more

We recently ordered a pepperoni pizza from Pizza Lisa and were quoted a 30-minute pickup window. We placed the order while driving home and arrived in about 20 minutes--pleasantly surprised to find the pizza already ready for pickup. The pizza itself was very good--hot, fresh, and flavorful. That said, I couldn't help but compare it to Romano's in Salem, NH, which offers a very similar quality pie. The big difference? Price. With Romano's daily online coupons, the same pizza would cost about $7 less. So, the real question becomes: is the convenience of Pizza Lisa worth the extra cost, or is it worth the drive to Salem to save a few bucks? That likely depends on your schedule and proximity. It's just a bit disappointing that Pizza Lisa doesn't offer any daily or weekly deals to stay competitive. read more

We absolutely LOVE Pizza Lisa! This has become a new favorite of ours since she opened; we stop by AT LEAST once a week. Everything we have ordered has been perfection--seriously, everything. From the HOUSE MADE blue cheese (truthfully the best I've ever had!), the Nashville Hot Chicken Pizza (includes pickles...who would've thought to add pickles!? Lisa is a genius at flavor pairings! I don't even like pickles but I LOVE them on this pizza). The meatball/hamburger is made in-house as well and full of flavor! The Big Mac Pizza is great (literally a Big Mac in pizza form-- but better as it's actually fresh) as well as the Steak Bomb and Greek pizzas (with REAL OLIVES mind you...not those rubbery orbs from a can). We also tried a specialty Cuban pizza...there are no words...I'll settle on incredible...and don't get me started on the chicken tenders; they are dangerously addictive! I haven't tried them all yet but Maple Sriracha is a favorite. The Steak and Cheese egg-rolls are so good they should be illegal, as well as the Apple Pie egg-rolls (this was so weird sounding to me I had to try them...so glad I did! I'm holding out for Cherry Pie next!) In short, we love this great addition to Windham and Lisa herself is fantastic too. Give this place a shot and it will become your next favorite pizza place...and FYI...if you're ever in a hurry, she does pizza by the slice as well, so there's always a reason to stop by! Now go on!! Wings stole the show!! PB and J and pineapple teriyaki cooked to perfection!! Only complaint is that they do not have real blue cheese. Take out only. Staff is very friendly! Great fresh ingredients. Picked up a basil and roasted red pepper Pizza. The entire pizza was exceptional. Kept a few pieces to cool off to room temperature. The pizza was even more flavorful. The crust was baked just right. Not crunchy, not too soft, just right. Nice and chewy. This is my new go to Pizza place.
