I have always had really bad anxiety about dentists. I came the first time because a tooth I have been dealing with for years finally got too bad to handle. I called in a panic needing help asap with severe pain. They got me in that day and every single person I dealt with from the lady that answered the phone, the ladies at the front desk, all the assistants and the financial lady were above and beyond comforting and kind. They help you honestly and spend so much time explaining everything. They didn't make me feel embarrassed about the problems I had built up being too anxious and avoiding the dentist. And man Dr. Nguyen is so amazing! He is so professional and so kind. He is You can tell everyone there is happy to work there and Dr. Nguyen sets the tone. I have had major surgery on my spine and have an autoimmune disease and Dr. Nguyen took the time to ask me about if I am comfortable in the chair, if they were able to adjust it, and recommended antibiotics before treatment due to my high risk of infection. I have NEVER had a dentist even say one word about the medical history I fill out. He is gentle and makes sure you are ok many times during treatment. Had my 2nd "Dental-thon" at Crown Dental, and like all the times before I walk out feeling better and smiling bigger. The entire staff are great! Every time myself or my wife & kids have had any type of emergency, CROWN DENTAL has been at the ready. The office hours of operation are more accommodating than most and they can always find the time to fit you in. I have been loyal to this office and staff for over 6 years since my first emergency "Dental-thon" where I spent 8 hours in the chair and enjoyed 4 movies. I don't know what I would have done other than suffer had I not found Crown Dental. The excellent care, compassion and service are the reasons that they have earned my continued business. My wife and daughters also get the same TLC and enjoy the friendly staff and professional services that CROWN DENTAL provide. It had been awhile since I went to the dentist. Since I finally got a good insurance, I decided to find a dentist and let me tell you crown dental did not disappoint. I have gone many times in the last months. I first got a root canal and then a crown. Their office manager was nice and welcoming. Bre was very helpful in explaining the whole procedure/s and helping me with my insurance. She also referred me to a great endodontist in town. Another thing I really enjoyed is the communication from the secretaries and manager! Most recently I went to get many fillings done. The doctor that did all my treatments was Dr. Tran! He was great. Very caring and patient! Made me feel very comfortable and not nervous. So many other thing I can say but Overall I had a great experience and can tell that the staff care about their patients. Great location, I've been going to this dentist since I was a young girl. The service is great, no long wait times. And the atmosphere is excellent as well. The employees are very friendly every time I go in they make me feel at home. They really care about everyone that goes in, they are not just there for money. Everyone I've met that works here are really passionate about what they do. They are also very easy to get ahold of, and accommodate everyone based on their needs. I referred my cousin to this dentist. They have two kids who are 5 years old and they love it there! The kids get to watch tv while getting work done which makes them very happy and comfortable. I love this place and Dr. Nguyen. He made my dreams come true by fighting my insurance company to repair my smile. At the age of 2 i was giving antibiotics that ruined my top 6 teeth. My teeth were yellow and chipped. Every dentist i went to told me insurance would not cover it because it was considered a cosmetic issue. When i came in for the first visit Dr. Nguyen told me that my insurance could possibly cover crownes. I did not want to get my hopes up. But within two weeks i received the approval. Ive had my crownes for two years and i love them. I have self esteem and no longer have to worry about covering my mouth when i laugh. Dr. Nguyen loves his patients and his work. My kids have been coming to the Crown Dental Office on White Lane for years. They have always scheduled my kids appointments together to make my days easier when I need to bring them in. My kids have had regular cleanings and they love coming to this dentist. The staff is always professional and polite. My son says the dentist is funny. I enjoy receiving appointment reminders and scheduling future appointments before leaving. When I changed jobs and got new insurance, we were not able to come to this office. I purposely changed insurance plans just so that my kids would be able to come back. We highly recommend Crown Dental and our favorite office is on White Lane because it is closer to our house. read more

I hate the dentist and think they're a bunch of con men that want your money but when I came here recently, to get my teeth checked, it made me rethink my beliefs. I haven't been to the dentist in about 4 years but coming here made me realize that maybe yearly/twice yearly checks ups aren't that bad. Ps, they numb your mouth before they administer shots so it's not too bad. They let me pick a movie while my cavities were being filled and that was really nice of them. I picked jumanji which wasn't the best choice because I couldn't laugh while dental tools were being used in my mouth. All around great staff and totally recommend to anyone scared of the dentist (especially kids). read more

I take my children to this crown dental & I have been so amazed and appreciate every single one of them they are all so professional, friendly and so helpful and kid friendly with my children & both of the dentists here are great also. Everyone makes sure my kids are comfortable and aware of what's going on. There appointments are quick after scheduling them and if they are some weeks out they try every week to call and give my children a sooner appointment because they know how important it is to get the work taken care of. I initially had appointment for my 6 y/o son 7 days from today, however I received a call of a Cancelled appointment, I gladly took it. That was a plus. The staff and dentist were awesome and caring. The exam rooms have TVs with Amazon fire stick, another plus that the Dental Assistant took the time to put on Netflix for my worrisome son. The cleaning process was awesome as well, the assistant was kid friendly and patient with my little grouchy son. The Dentist was amazing as well. This is definitely a kid friendly dentist and would highly recommend it. The office was clean which is important with Covid-19. Social distancing is enforced and I appreciate that. read more

Not only because of Dr. Nguyen's gentle care with our family, the calming atmosphere, the reasonably price with our insurance, it's because "Every time" we come in for routine check-ups or unexpected work, the STAFF is incredibly friendly and make us feel like family. This is the best Dentist office I have tooken my children to. The staff is always positive, fast, and friendly. The doctors are fast and very patient. My children love this place. They get to watch a movie while getting tratment, and us parents get ti walk to the back and check on them during this time. The environment in the office is awsome. I had not been to the dentist for quite some time, so when i could no longer put it off a friend reffered me to crown dental. I was a little apprehensive about my oral hygiene, but at crown dental they made me feel at ease. They took the time to educate me and go over the treatment i needed. I had a problem with a tooth so I walked into Crown on a Saturday. They took care of me even though I didn't have an appointment. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable. They call the day before to confirm your appointment and they also call if an earlier date opens up. There are games for the kids to play and tvs on the ceiling to watch movies while you are having work done. Crown is an all around great office. I recommend them to everyone young and old. read more

My 6 year old has been going to this dentist since she was 3 months old. She recently went in for a tooth extraction which was a potentially daunting task to say the least. However, the dental assistant Remy was so helpful in making my daughter feel comfortable and at peace. She was so kind and supportive and to top it off she recognized my daughter when she seen her. Crown Dental is the best, especially for kids! My son Ollie loves the staff! Usually get in pretty fast, today we walked straight back! They always make my boy feel comfortable, even during surgery which is the most important to me!!! I love how you get a parting gift as you leave. Makes Ollie excited to go to the dentist. Crown Dental has been taking care of mine and my daughters dental needs for over 3 years now. We love the front staff, dental assistants, and doctors! Toddlers are not always big fans of the dentist but they always make her feel safe and comfortable!
