The crew was kind, professional and efficient. They also cleaned up after themselves and took many precautionary measures to avoid messes. I used this company because I used them about 3 years prior. I was told "about 9 30", so I…read morearranged to be there, as placement and depth was critical. I called in at 10 30, "I will check on them", at noon, "I will check on them, they are supposed to be there", duhhhh. Finally, the digger shows up, he has no clue where the shelter is, but he digs the hole, and the shelter shows up a bit later. A 2-hour job consumed my entire day. So this is just a sales yard, the installers work for the shelter manufacturer and install for many retailers. As for the shelter-they have cheapened. What used to be a rotating turbine vent is now a fixed, passive vent. And the door handle, which previously was of a very nice, sturdy, easy to open design, is now a cheap RV lock, and NOT as PICTURED on their website, I want the heavier handle like another reviewer indicated. If you can't get the handle as pictured, you NOTIFY the customer ahead of time, don't just send it out and hope for the best......Len was of no help after the sale was made.

I'll continue to update this review as we move through the process. -------------------------------------------- We hired Nelson Landscaping to improve our poolside area in Edmond, aiming for something cohesive and functional. While the crews were great, the rest of the experience left us frustrated--and stuck with a space that doesn't work. We were sold on flagstone set in decomposed granite (DCG), but in reality it's totally impractical for a pool patio. The DCG is rough on bare feet and constantly washes into the pool, staining our new concrete. Worst of all, the amount of flagstone was drastically underquoted. When I pointed this out, they came back with filler pieces, which helped visually--but it's still not functional. The area is uncomfortable and not practical for furniture or barefoot traffic, which was the entire point of the project. Communication was poor. We were rarely informed when crews would show up, and a comment from the salesman ("all you women want to see what it's going to look like") when I asked for visuals was unprofessional and frustrating. A concrete crack formed within a month, which is still unaddressed a year later as no one returned my multiple calls. I even reached out to the owner whose email address is listed on the website and still only heard back from our salesman. The crews did great work--but the planning, oversight, and professionalism were severely lacking. If you're hiring Nelson Landscaping for pool area landscaping, flagstone patios, or outdoor design in Edmond, ask a lot of questions and don't rely on them to act like the experts. We learned the hard way.

The Hargrove H burner supplied a very natural looking flame. That night I researched on the internet and thought I'd found a bargain, but by the time I added everything I needed and wanted, it added up to more than the price at Bachle's and I would have to install them. In the end I chose the Cross Timbers set for their super realistic look. They were installed a few days later and look and function even better than I hoped. Their price is all-inclusive, no surprise add-ons. The only "extra" I chose was those really cool "bright" embers.

His employees were courteous, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. My new insulation is amazing; it has cut my summer cooling costs in half. By the time you rent the equipment, but a million bags of cellulose, and waste an entire Saturday crawling around in your dusty attic, it is DEFINITELY worth the cost to let Moore's do it. I am incredibly happy with the results.
