HI,everyone just going to give a review on my brief experience at this place,so i went in to sell a engagement ring with a round Diamond the quality of the diamond is H color Si 2 and .95 ct t/w Center,the lady was nice after she confirmed the quality of the diamond and also checking the rapaport that she had handy on her desk she made a ridiculous offer of $500 i politely told her i would not be selling my diamond that day,I ended selling the diamond ring somewhere else at another jewelry place for $1500,So please do your homework when selling your jewelry items because they do. to the nice lady that helped me, my advice You dont need to low ball your customers ,we as customers can get free infromation online about most items including diamonds,jewelry etc,.Hope this review helps You guys the customers,do your homework before letting someone else make you a unfair offer,hopefully the owner of this place can reply back,i would ask him what would you have offer on this diamond? check the rapaport and let me know. The man who helped me, Ian, seemed kind and very knowledgeable. I told Ian that I didn't know much about selling gold so he explained to me the whole process. I was actually going to give this company 5 stars, until I talked to my Mom a week after I had sold the bracelet she had given me. Though it was my fault for not "shopping around" before committing to selling my bracelet here, I trusted Ian bc he convinced me that they always give the best prices compared to other stores. Supposedly they have someone that goes out to every store and compares prices weekly. According to him, my bracelet was 18k gold, 24g and was worth about $600ish. When he gave me my check, I noticed that he didn't give me paperwork that states the carat & weight of the bracelet but I didn't really think anything of it. I remembered that when I sold a ring with my mom at another store, they gave me paperwork that included those important info. A week later I told my Mom I had sold the bracelet for $600, and she got sooo upset! She told me a 48g 18k gold bracelet should be worth $1000+ since she was just quoted that price around March 2015. I understand that the rate for gold fluctuates, BUT Ian lied to me about the weight of my bracelet! He told me it was only 24g, half of the actual weight!!! I can't believe I was ripped off! So moral of the story, do research first and shop around before selling! read more

The amount I receieved for my Canadian Maple Leafs was the amount I noted - $20 under spot, or $1,280.00 per ounce. Your offer of 90%, or $130 under spot ($1,170.00 per ounce) speaks for itself. This is what I was told over the phone, and it was said abruptly and emphatically. All of the other information you are now revealing about match guarantees and item price fluctuations was never described to me when I called. I resent your assertion that I am somehow rushing to judgement and being heavy handed or unfair with your company. I said nothing that wasn't true. If you start offering rates that are more reasonable (instead of gouging), negative reviews will go away. That is, after all, what reviews are intended to accomplish - better service for the paying customer. read more

I'm giving three stars because one of the loose diamonds I was looking to sell was not certified but confirmed by this company to be a very legit diamond. They played down the price considerably. This review is for anyone who did what I did and read reviews from the many places around riverside before committing to selling their gold. I've just completed my second transaction selling gold at this location located by the Tyler mall in the shopping area near the IHOP and i find this place to be more than fair and worth checking out. Both tines I have gone here have been extremely friendly and the mood felt almost like it was a non business setting. what I mean is that I was greeted and there was casual conversation no immediate pressure about business or numbers. When it came time to get to the business, again it was a nice friendly transition. All my gold during both visits (the second one having me bring quite a lot of gold looking to sell some but mostly get an idea of what I have) was in front of me, withing my reach , never being taken away , weighed in front of me and separated by karat - by the woman both times and correctly. I had a bracelet necklace ear ring set that I didn't know had a pretty substantial weight just those pieces and there was no pressure at all to make me sell it force me trick me because those items I immediately decided to keep out of the sale and I couldn't have been more appreciative that there were no games to try to make me sell them. I can't say if they are the top paying or the lowest paying but I can tell whoever is reading this , just like I did myself with many reviews online , I was very satisfied with the transaction as a whole I have had experiences in the past with terrible shady tactics so I can definitely say I'd be happy to go here a third time. I give 4 stars and not 5 only because of the fact both times I received a check and not cash however I understand the security reasons behind that for BOTH the seller and buyer but still, 4 stars and I'd come back again for sure. read more
