Short version is I did business with them and accidentally left some items there that they have first did not want. These people are also on OfferUp so I'm assuming that means they're not doing as well as expected so they try to find other cheap sites or social media to advertise. However, they did not tell me that I had a timeframe I had to be there to pick up the stuff otherwise they would either keep it or sell it. I didn't have time until recently to do it because I had family that was in the hospital and I was focused on other matters. Anyways, when I got there, they had sold the items after not wanting the items originally and gave me nothing for them.
