Staff was friendly but I bought a guitar that seemed fine at first but after I brought it home I found out it couldn't play notes after the first three frets. Something I have never experienced buying a guitar or even just testing guitars I was just unlucky enough to have not found that out in the store. Still, this goes to show carelessness and poor quality control. Prices compared to in store and on OfferUp too are different which is confusing. But at least I still got the better deal. read more

Sounds like it's a common thing that they bait and switch you to get you to come to the store. Saw a camera priced at $150 on Facebook marketplace. When it get to the store FROM ORANGE COUNTY after corresponding with them about the post, the camera is 2x the price at $300. I've NEVER purchased anything from a pawnshop before and never will even consider it again. RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM HERE! Do not buy, regardless of how good the deal SEEMS. Really helpful and friendly staff. This was my first time selling something at a pawn shop and I always feared it which caused me to avoid it. But I sucked it up and I walked in there and to my surprise it was a very pleasant experience. Obviously, when you go sell something you aren't going to get what you believe you should. I mean think about it as a business owner. If you were a reseller and a buyer you wouldn't buy something for 1,000 knowing you can only sell it for 500 it doesn't work that way. So, keep in mind that what you think may be worth x amount of money will definitely be worth less than you may think. Set your expectations but don't set them too high. However, there is always room for negotiation so NEGOTIATE in a fair way of course. They also have a good amount of goodies for sale. They have everything from comic books to dvds to guns (kind of scary but, hey AMERICA!) if you're looking for a deal I would definitely stop here. overall a great local pawn shop with great honest employees.
