I called them yesterday afternoon and they were able to come this morning. Russ was professional, friendly, and rekeyed the doors quite efficiently. He even explained why one of my doors was having issues and told me how we could fix it (didn't get it all replaced today but probably will soon). $45 to come out, then $15.50 to rekey each lock. (Again each lock, so if a door has 2 locks, that's $31 total). And they do take credit card! It was cheaper than other places I've seen and it was a great experience. I will recommend & use them again! *UPDATE (3/11/15): I had Russ come out again as my front door knob had fallen completely apart. He replaced all the old hardware with a sharp set, and during installation he asked several times what options I wanted (where to drill, etc). It's obvious why. Russ has such great reviews. He works quickly, he's on time, and she takes pride in his work. We had some binding issues with the lock after Russ had cone by originally. When I mentioned it to him on the phone he didn't make any excuses, he asked when he can come by and assist. He was there later that afternoon fixing something that was related to the door and not his work, but you could tell that he put service first. Good stuff. My fiance had originally scheduled a locksmith to come to my home early in this morning and they came real late, throwing all my other appointments off. Since I could not have that company do it because they came so late I called Crown. I scheduled a time for him and let him know of my busy day and he assured me he would be on time. Wishing to keep my money local I called Crown absent any previous dealings with the company. The owner responded within the hour to repair a vandalized mailbox lock. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and explained to me the long history his family has in Redlands. I then later asked for an estimate to rekey a gate lock and was pleasantly surprised when told the remedy was something I could myself perform at lesser cost.
