I went in for a fill, the tips of my nails have grown off. one of my nails chipped the amount of shaping coco did to fix it was beyond amazing. shrimp without a fake nail is something unique. the vibe is very quiet not a lot of noise. Came to this nail salon hoping that it would be my go to nail Place but it ended up being the nail salon ID NEVER GO BACK TO came out very extremely disappointed and pissed and shocked ! I came in as a walk-in and waited to get seen while I was waiting the owner started talking about how she had a customer this morning who was overreacting about her nails and complaining about how the customer was freaking out about her nails and that she needed to relax because "they were just nails" well I highly disagree with that because she's paying good money for a service that she wants if you cannot give her that service then why should she pay for something that she doesn't want!!! 1st problem is if you can't do a design just tell me and i would've been fine with that but she went through with it saying she could and in reality she couldn't even do hearts or letters on top of that her UV lamp kept turning off so when I placed my hand in to cure the gel it kept going on and off when she polished over the design it smudged because it wasn't dried usually nail techs will check if the design is cured before they put the topcoat and because she was rushing she went over it then she blamed me saying "I didn't put my hand all the way inside" when I did ! Sense when is it okay to blame the customer for your job it's not my fault your lamp was going on and off and you weren't checking if the gel was cured before you apply the topcoat! Then as she noticed it and continued blaming me she was curing it SMUDGED! It was obvious it looked bad me calmly asking if it was gonna be left that way and not fixed she responds with "if I fix it I have to charge you because I have to file it off " are you serious!! You're going to charge me for a smudged nail to be fixed why is it so hard for you to just simply file it off and redo it! She then told the owner and she said it's okay to be fixed at that point I was so upset because I have never heard of someone not only trying to cure a smudged design and leaving it that way but charging for it to be fixed when it was not even my fault that it was smudged it was her responsibility to check it before putting a topcoat! As you can see in the photos the designs were terrible she couldn't even do hearts they were smudged she would try to clean it up with her acrylic brush and it would just get worse instead of starting over she just left it that way and try to cover it up with dots and the lettering is just terrible and on top of everything some of the nails are crooked they're shaped wrong just terrible! For the girl that did my pedicure She was nice but I am paying for the work the pedicure looks like something that you would do at home mind you this is gel it's not even pigmented it looks faded it looks messy over all the whole experience was terrible I will never ever go back again I paid $85 in total smh for a terrible job done! I will not recommend this place to anybody that will be my first and last time going!! And What bothered me even more is that the owner knew that I was upset and wanted to talk crap about me and whisper if you're going to talk crap about your customers just remember that they're the ones that make your business and they're the ones that bring in the money so you shouldn't talk crap about them at all! Take my advice DONT GO HERE save ur money for a BETTER Place !!! read more

Came to get my nails done and Erica did a great job and provided great service. I got gels and Erica shaped my natural nails. My nails looked so good it almost looked like I had acrylics. The nails lasted looking nice for about a month. I also got a pedi with my friend and Coco was super helpful in providing us nail tips. The only downside is that the same day my I got my nails done the two gems I had came right off I was disappointed. Aside to that it was a great experience. read more

I really didn't want to give a bad review because the technicians I had did a good job. I am giving a 3 star mainly because the girl I had an appointment with quit and they didn't tell me. I ended up getting an acrylic fill from Tony who great work - thorough, neat, and took enough time to make sure I was happy with my nails. Another reason for the lower review is that I tried to call for two days to make an appointment for a fill. The phone would ring and then go to a voice mail or just got straight to voicemail. Then i would get a text message saying they were too busy to answer. This was clearly a setting on their phone but it really deterred me from wanting to set another appointment, despite the wonderful service from Tony. I live too far away to risk showing up for an appointment and not getting the tech I want. Or just showing up and having to wait because I can't get anyone on the phone. It's very off-putting. This place is more like a salon - has hair stations, facial rooms. I've never seen a person have a pedicure despite the chairs installed in the main lobby. They play music vidoes on the TV with the volumn turned WAY too high. The prices are also a little higher than I want to pay but the work was solid and my fill lasted me 2 weeks. Maybe I'll go back sometime- I just wanted you all to know they are slightly flaky on communication. read more

Won't be returning, my nail tech was Tony. He said he has been doing nails for 5 years. It took him over two hours to just do a fill. All of my nails are different shapes and lengths. I had to ask him at least three times to fix the shape of one nail, to the point where I had to pick up the nail file and just do it myself. Then when it came to picking my colors took about 5 minutes trying to find the colors off the rack and came back with substitute colors which didn't even match what I was looking for. At that point I was already frustrated and wanted to get out of that Salon ASAP so I just let it go. I would probably try to let the owner do my nails but won't be booking with Tony again. Let me just say that it's super unprofessional to have your clients trying to pay you with PayPal & not having a cash register and digging out of your purse to give customers change. It's also IMPORTANT that everyone who goes knows that in this business there are two businesses in 1. So if you get your toes done, you're paying one girl and if you get your nails done you're paying another. In addition to that Coco's other staff or helper (male) that also does nails is horrible at doing nails. My friend got her nails done with him & they were SO bad. You're probably thinking I'm exaggerating but I'm not. Not the " the paint is chipped bad" like ALL BAD. Shape, paint, design, like throw the whole nail away BAD. So bad that walking out and not paying made SENSE but we still didn't. In addition to that I heard Coco midway into doing someone's nails say she was going to have to "run a errand" and that she would be back. If that isn't SUPER unprofessional. I don't know what is. Point is that after seeing that my friends nails didn't come out as expected we asked for a refund. She said she couldn't unless they cut them because he needs to get paid for the labor. I said that wasn't fair because my friend didn't have the time to stay and get them fixed. So now on top of them being hideous she has to go about her day with chopped nails? She could of just gave us the refund, apologized, and paid the guy the $35. Because at the end of the day that's someone SHE hired on. And paying him the $35 would of been better for your business than two bad reviews. All in all would NOT recommend this place. read more
