Recently, I visited the Sunrise Cafe with friends, looking forward to a hearty breakfast. After scouring the menu, I settled on French Toast. When the plate arrived. I was very surprised at the appearance. The place looked like toast covered with a batter. I thought that their French Toast was a house specialty. The French Toast was bland and huge. Even extra syrup could not hide the "no-taste" taste. As I looked at the other meals that were delivered, I realized it was my mistake. I should have told the waitress about my dish instead of eating more French Toast, hoping the dreadful taste would change. Bottomline: Avoid the French Toast at all costs!
