The representatives are super professional and make sure you get exactly what you're looking for, while the store's layout makes it easy to see everything quickly at a glance. It's fairly easy to find whatever you're in store for, and they have a couple of representatives stationed throughout the store to offer assistance. My most recent visit was for a few of their Fiesta medals. I'd never purchased any from them before but they were just as pretty as the trophies I'd previously picked up. In addition to the medal I'd chosen from their display area, I was lucky enough to grab one of their mystery grab bags which contained 10 medals from previous years before another customer came in less than five minutes after me and bought everything else on the table. While that kind of scalper behavior has always disgusted me, I'm honestly surprised Monarch didn't have a limit per customer on the bags. If they hadn't advertised they'd done a 'restock by popular demand' I would have thought that they just really wanted to get rid of those older medals, but I'm sure there were people who missed out because of that guy's greed. Maybe implement that limit next year, Monarch? I won't be surprised if I return for trophies, Fiesta medals, and possibly more products in the future. They're worth looking into for customizations, awards, graduation needs, and more!

I do love their attention to detail and the endless options they have for anything and everything you might want. Production time was reasonable but I'm so glad we ordered early because there was a hiccup in how the favors came out the first time but they contacted me right away and were more than happy to make it right and they did! Since one really nice lady had to leave, the owner took over and things went from good to beyond bad. She told me that the prices that I was paying was too low for her and had to go up. I understand things going up, but she went from $2.25 a sign to $8.00 a sign, without letting me know in advance. That put me in a very hard spot with my business. To top it off she had a very bad attitude about it. I even tried to call to keep my business with them so I wouldn't have to take my business out of town because I like to support the local business owners. she told me that she would call me back and never did.
