I don't even know where to begin. First of all, this place is a total scam. They charge an ungodly…read moreamount of money for tiny, sad bouquets and then cancel on you DAY-OF on Valentine's Day. -- 1. They charged $150 for a tiniest (and objectively ugliest) little bouquet. 2. I placed the order several weeks in advance and then they called me day-of, past noon on Valentine's Day to cancel the pick-up order due to high demand and inability to fulfill (must be a high demand for terrible service and ugly bouquets this time of year). 3. When I was panicked and needed solutions since flowers were sold out everywhere at this point, the business strangely gives the option to cancel OR pay $29 for flower delivery. Not sure why demand was too high for a pick-up order but the business could suddenly grow more flowers in the parking lot as long as you paid extra to deliver. Basically forced an additional $29 on me but 5 stars for speedy gardening, wow! 4. They also explain that I can drive out to a different branch to check for bouquets left on the shelf, which I did - but surprise, there were no flowers left on vday. Who could have guessed? 5. Lastly, they promised delivery by 6pm. As the time approached and no ugly flowers were in sight, I called again and they gaslit me saying that they originally promised delivery by 7pm and not 6pm. The flowers arrived at 6:58pm, so at least they got that right. Truly an embarrassment of a business and florist, if you can even consider this place as a real business. So much for "Noble" Garden Florist - the only words I can think of to describe this place is irresponsible, unethical, incompetent, and disappointing. I'm fuming as I write this review because this florist is beyond abhorrent. Anyways, I hope this place shuts down. I'm convinced it's a front for money laundering, because nothing else could justify this sickening service.
