We were on a tight timeline preparing for my daughter's cotillion ball, and they provided a quick two-day turnaround without compromising quality. Everything came back looking crisp, polished, and event-ready. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail truly helped take the stress out of our preparations. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable and high-quality pressing services with reasonable prices.

I visited said cleaners on a Saturday afternoon to drop four dresses off for PRESS ONLY as I had already laundered them at home, I also thought this would cut the wait time down a bit. Well, my first shock was that I was informed my dresses wouldn't be ready for pick up until Thursday I understand that they are closed on Sunday, but four days to press four dresses? Not one thing is express about that! We settled on Wednesday after 4pm which is still pretty much Thursday, but slightly better. My second surprise was the charge, for the pressing of these four dresses I was charged over $42, yup you read that right. I probably should've walked out then, but I decided to give them a try. My dresses were ready at the agreed upon time and pressed nicely, but was it worth over $10 per dress, absolutely NOT. I have since just switched to Zips and three dresses pressed only costed me the price of one dress at Dryclean Express and they were ready the next day, before the promised time, that's express to me! I hope this review helps someone that may be looking for this service.

Bottom Line: The best dry cleaner in town if you like sour attitudes, misplaced garments and…read morereceipt of clothing that doesn't belong to you. Sorry, folks, I'm not going to sugar coat it, this place is awful. I've written nearly 700 Yelp reviews and I've put a lot of thought into each one of them in order to provide a fair review, but I have to say, this place is honestly a joke. Here is what I can tell you about Zoom after using them for six months: - Turn Around Time: As the name implies, Zoom does strive to turn around garments quickly. "In by 9am, out by 5pm" is how they advertise their one day-service. - One Price: Most garments are cleaned for one low price of $1.99, I think. They also clean things like comforters and curtains but I'm not sure what the price is on those larger items. - Long Lines: Upon entering Zoom, there are always two lines. The line on the right is for people to drop off and pick up their clothes. The line on the left is for people waiting for misplaced/lost items to be recovered. If you are feeling lucky, you can opt for express drop-off. With express drop-off you buy a zoom bag, put your garments in it, and then just drop it in the pile inside. - Awful Customer Service: The staff here is miserable. I've made excuses for them in my head non-stop but can't do it anymore. Realistically, I think they are just lazy, apathetic, uninspired . . . the list could go on and on. There is absolutely no sense of urgency here either. When trying to pick up garments, staff members will chat with the alterations staff and then check their cell phone before going to the back to look for garments. I've seen this behavior first hand and other similar acts of non-urgency during my various visits here. - Disorganization: Zoom is disorganized. I have gone to pick up clothes that were all dropped off at the same time and the employee checks several places in the store to find my clothes. If you are lucky, the scavenger hunt eventually produces your entire dry-cleaning order. - Risk of Using Zoom: If you are thinking about using Zoom, you just have to assess the risk. Yes, they are inexpensive but what about your clothes? You have to consider if the low recurring cost of dry cleaning will make up for any clothes that they lose. Note that dry cleaners do not typically pay retail for a lost item. So if you are price sensitive, maybe take your everyday stuff here but take you special items somewhere where they will not be lost. - Lost Items: In the spirit of fairness, Zoom has never entirely lost any of my items but they have temporarily misplaced garments that surfaced days/weeks later. Also, they have given me other people's clothes so that means someone else was missing something. I have heard stories of completely lost, never recovered garments which is kind of surprising since everything is cleaned on site. - Bottom Line: After trying Zoom for six months, I have taken my business elsewhere.

PLEASE READ, BEWARE OF BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES…read more I would highly suggest other customers NOT come to this dry cleaners. This business has 2 stores, one out of Several Park Md located at 574 Richie highway named Zooms dry cleaners and another Zooms newly opened in Crofton MD located on 891route 3 Md N. Both businesses are under the same ownership. To begin, a few months ago this place of business loss an important dress shirt that I needed for a special occasion. When I went to pick up my laundry from Zooms in Crofton, I was advised by the manager "Amanda" one of my shirts went missing, something may have happened to my shirt. Amanda then stated she would have to check the other store "Severna Park Zooms" since they do not do any dry cleaning at the business in Crofton and at the Crofton store they only collect laundry to be transported to their store in Severna Park to be cleaned and then transported back. (Fine, I get it things happen...) So I replied to the store manager, "that fine, because there really nothing I could do" before leaving I advised the store manager to be updated ASAP since I needed that shirt. She acknowledged and stated to me she would reach out to me ASAP once she receives an update from their other store.... Weeks passed, when I called back to receive an update I consistently got the run around from "we are still checking", "I'm waiting for the other manager or owner to respond" or "come in and fill out this claim form to by them extra time for processing". Finally, after about alittle over month of me calling to check every other week, they finally called me stating they finally located my missing shirt. When I went to the store in Crofton to retrieve my shirt, they offered me a $20 dry cleaning credit for my incinvience, which I really didn't care for, since the amount of effort I had to put in trying to actually get them find my shirt. (They manager acted like I was being done a favor by them giving me $20 store credit. Keep in mind to was a blazer and dress pants along will cost $10 excluding the other shirts and pants I bring.) So I decided to guys these guys another try a few months after since then being very conveniently located by my house, I dropped off my laundry to them last week sometime during the weekday, came in this week on a Monday to pick up my laundry to be told my suit jacket is missing, Better yet it was mixed in with someone else's suit jacket for a female same color etc but smaller size so I literally turned right around several feet from the store to advise the store manager "Amanda" of what happen. She did not seem to have any care what so ever that my laundry went missing for the second time and simply just said "Oh, this isn't yours, we'll have to check with our Severna Park store again, she will get back to me by the end of the day." Fine again... what can I do. (Was late for work because of this and had to turn back to my house to get a separate suite to wear for work.) the day is almost over, so I decided to call the Crofton store, a male picks up... I start to explain my situation to the guy who answers. The guy then starts to get hostile and "Hood/Gagster or another words Mr. Bad @$$" trying to intimidate/threaten me by him being an ex criminal etc, which did not work... ( I have it all recorded and will be uploading to social media so people can see the type of people "Zoom DC" hire.) After about and hour and a half of back and fourth with this guy who did not want to share his name but identified him self as a only a worker for Zooms he finally stated "check you messages B****, which i did and noticed that Amanda had called and stated to me her finding my missing item, so I explained to the worker guy had he informed me from the beginning the conversation would have never escalated this far, none the less I'm still the paying customer. Today when I picked up my item, I returned to Amanda to inform her of the encounter with this worker which she stated his name was Justin... I gave her my last bit of professional input, collected my blazer and left. I would highly suggest no one do business here since these people that are running this store have terrible business practices and tends to lie to their customers. They have lack of understanding and urgency. Since this Brand has such a terrible history with bad reviews from previous customer they are going through a name change to hide their identity. To follow up I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Consumers, you have been warned.
